Ok so I made the changes to Ferrothorn, that you all gave your opinions on, for Swampert, Haxorus, and Garchomp, is it really that important to give them those extra 3 EVs in health?
All your EVs are messed up, (sorry for sounding horrible but they are):

- Ferrothorn: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
- Gallade: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 Def
- Swampert: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk
- Haxorus: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
- Garchomp: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
- Typhlosion: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
These EVs make your team pretty HO but it makes your team a bit better. I'll help you more and explain more stuff later, if that's ok?
yes, your input would be greatly appreciated.
Drain punch is always a must for Gallade.
It's a killer against lots of Pokemon

Firstly, Wide Lens and Scope Lens are not good battle items (competitively). There are much more useful items like Life Orb & Choice Band to utilise.

Secondly, Rivalry is not a good choice for Haxorus' ability, since it's completely dependent on your opponent's gender. A smart battler will realise this, as Mold Breaker gives a message just as Haxorus enters the battlefield. When there's no message, the only alternative is that Haxorus' ability is Rivalry. Mold Breaker is a much better choice. It'll negate stuff like Levitate and allow you to hit those Pokemon with Earthquake (notably: Rotom forms).

Thirdly, I'm guessing you don't fully understand EVs if you gave your Haxorus an EV spread of 170/170/170. While a Pokemon can have up to 510 EVs, only every 4 EVs will take effect, meaning that 508 (divisible by four) is the maximum number of useful EVs a Pokemon can have. The left over 2 won't do anything extra.

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP, 56 Def, 200 SDef
Nature: Sassy
- Leech Seed
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock
- Power Whip

enter image description here
Gallade @ Life Orb
Ability: Steadfast/ Justified
EVs: 200 HP, 200 Atk, 108 Sp. Def
Nature: Adamant
- Drain Punch
- Psycho Cut
- Bulk Up
- Night Slash or Shadow Sneak

Gallade is slow anyway, so might as well invest more into its defences. Shadow Sneak is the better option as it'll give +1 priority for Gallade, but Night Slash is a good enough alternative.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP, 252 Atk, 16 Def
Nature: Adamant
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Waterfall
- Toxic

Waterfall is better STAB for Swampert, due to higher accuracy and added 30% flinch chance. Swampert makes a better offensive tank with this set.

enter image description here
Haxorus @ Lum Berry/ Focus Sash
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
- Earthquake
- Low Kick
- Outrage
- Dragon Dance

There is no point in investing any EVs in Haxorus' defences. It's a frail sweeper with high attack and speed, and meant to hit as hard as possible. 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP spread is the most useful for Haxorus.

enter image description here
Garchomp @ Choice Band
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Fire Fang

Dragon Rush = not a good move. Garchomp is better off using Outrage, since it will hit for sure and has a higher base power, or Dragon Claw if you don't want to confuse it.

Typhlosion @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Modest
- Eruption
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast
- HP Grass

Why did you give Typhlosion a mixed set? Make a complete special attacker. Scarf to make full use of Eruption, then Fire Blast for other STAB, Focus Blast & HP Grass for coverage.

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Modest
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Trick

So there's that Ice weakness right now from both of your dragons, and nothing really resistant to it except Typhlosion, but it's also weak to Ground, and there's nothing that resists/ is immune to ground. Replace Typhlosion with Rotom-W.

While Rotom-W is adding another Grass weakness, you have Ferrothorn to take the grass hits. This Rotom-W set is good for both attacking and messing up someone else's set, particularly good if you catch them switching to something like Blissey.

Typhlosion is also the only Pokemon not classed as OU, so it's sticking out as something that doesn't belong to your team.

Reuniclus @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Sp.Def
Nature: Bold
- Clam Mind
- Recover
- Psychic
- Focus Blast

Yep, Gallade is sticking out as something that doesn't belong on your team either. While its typing is pretty cool, it's too slow and has pretty poor defences (HP & def). Reuniclus is a great stall breaker, as it can set up and won't be worn down by things like Toxic, Sand/Hail or Will-O-Wisp. It also adds another special attacker to your team, since right now you only have Rotom-W.
