Pokémon Rate My Team

So I'm pretty new to competitive battling and I was hoping someone could rate my OU team. Here it is:

enter image description here
Infernape @ Focus Sash
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- U-Turn
- ThunderPunch
- Fire Punch

So I know Infernape isn't the most effective lead out there, but it holds a special place in my heart for being my first starter pokemon. I carry ThunderPunch to deal with rain teams, because they suck. I can usually 2HKO Drizzle toad and then switch in my Tyranitar to get rid of rain. My biggest weakness with this lead are Taunt leads such as Aerodactyl, but I can easily 2HKO a sashed Aerodactyl or Azelf.

enter image description here
Empoleon @ Petaya Berry
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Modest Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Substitute
- Agility

So we have yet another Sinnoh starter. This Empoleon doesn't have the best coverage but can be a slap in the face for sand teams. If Empoleon can switch in and sucsessfully set up a Substitute, it can use Agility to outspeed most unscarfed pokemon. Then I just sub down until Torrent and my berry activates. Then I can usually sweep or at least take out a lot of Pokemon.

Tyraniar @ Expert Belt
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Stone Edge
- Ice Fang
- Crunch

This Tyranitar can really hurt if it has the chance to set up. I like switching in on Charizards on sun teams because it forces them out and they usually try to switch into ninetales to get sun back. This gives me a free set up. Also, since most Tyranitars are bulky these days Charizards won't try the Earthquake unless they have set up. After 1 or 2 Dragon Dances I can easily sweep teams. The two biggest threats to this Pokemon are Scarf Gengar and Scarf Heatran.

enter image description here
Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Modest Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast

Gengar is in my opinion one of the best Scarfers out there. I use it primarily as a revenge killer. With 394 SpA it can crush most pokemon. It's also fun to bring it in on Drizzle Toad or Rotom-W leads and watch them crumble to a Shadow Ball or Thunderbolt.

enter image description here
Scizor @ Life Orb
Trait: Technician
Evs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-Turn
- Superpower
- Pursuit

Scizor is a beast. That about all I need to say.

enter image description here
Duskinoir @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Careful Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Toxic
- Pain Split
- Payback

Duskinoir is an awesome wall. It's not the best but its one of my fav pokes so yeah. I'm thinking about changing Payback to Protect or Seismic Toss. I love switching this is on a Dragon Dance scrafty and then Will-O-Wisping it.

So that my team. Plz leave some feedback of what you think is should change . Thanks in advance!

you seem to really hate sun/rain teams hahaha. But I really like this set up, i do have a qquestion however. Your Tyranitar(one of my favorites) would only have a speed of around 240, so why not just make him more of a tank and give him a +def, or +SpDef nature, and put those EVs you have in speed into his defensive stats (Hp, Def, SpDef)? He unfortunately has a good amount of weaknesses, so with your current moveset and stats Dragon Dance might not be the best option because it would be a bit frail against a pretty large move pool. So instead of Dragon Dance, why not Earthquake? Or if you want to keep him in good shape for a long period of time, give him rest and a chesto berry seeing as even without the expert belt, hes still a very heavy hitter. Iron Defense is also always a good stat raising move. Sorry if I sound like I'm bashing you, I'm not just giving you some options i think would be beneficial to you. I also would like to recommend a very good wall/lead that could also help you keep your Tyranitar, and allow your Infernape to have a bit more offense.

Bronzong@light clay
Sassy/Relaxed
(with levitate ability)
- hypnosis/ stealth rock
-light screen
-reflect
- gyroball/earthquake

I think Bronzong would be a good match to your team considering he can setup you up pretty well to use your pokemon without too much worry about defense. first start out by placing your screens, and then hit them with hypnosis, i understand that its accuracy isnt all that great but its well worth it as you will almost always get a free switch in after you use this move. Stealth Rock is in case you like hazards more. earthquake, and gyro ball are there for the fire weakness/ his slow speed, and so you dont get caught in a taunt. I hope this helped a bit. :)

p.s. I'm also new here so welcome!
Thanks for the advice!
I like the idea of bronzong as a dual screen lead w/ hypnosis, although I don't want to put that on this particular team. I will try it out as a wall for my new team that I'm working on instead of skarmory.
As for putting defense EVs on Tyranitar instead of speed, I put speed on it for a reason. A lot of Turanitars are bulky and I wanted to differentiate from that. Without speed Evs an nature it's speed is only around 150. That's about a 100 difference. Even if I double dragon danced most pokes could easily outspeed me even if they weren't scarfed. I carry speed Evs so that after a double DD I can outspeed most unscarfed pokes. This is meant to be a sweeper instead of a tank. Thanks for the suggestion though. I will probably try a tank Tyranitar in a future team. Thanks for your feedback!
That's a pretty good entry for a new user, good job :3
And for Tyranitar to function well, it needs Speed EVs :)
Gengar: Trick > Psychic. It can screw walls like Ferrothorn :D
Thunderbolt to thunder fire punch to blast burn ice beam to blizzard surf to hydro cannon
