Pokémon Rate My Team

Hopefully this turns out better than the last one. Because in the last one, 5 Pokemon got changed in the response. I mean, come on! How bad must it have been? Anyway, this team has been amazing so far in its stint on Showdown, turning an otherwise lackluster W-L record into something I can honestly say I wouldn't have ever conceived in my mind at that time. Here it is (conkeldurr and Jellicent leads):

Conkeldurr @ Payapa Berry
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Mach Punch
- Payback

Jellicent (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Ice Beam
- Scald
- Shadow Ball

Magnezone @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Flash Cannon
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Water]
- Volt Switch

Mienshao @ Expert Belt
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Drain Punch
- Hi Jump Kick
- U-turn
- Rock Slide

Volcarona @ Leftovers
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Rock]

Kyurem @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 SAtk / 168 HP / 4 SDef / 84 Spd
Timid Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Glaciate
- Focus Blast
- Psychic

I have to say, the one thing I haven't been pleased with overly was Magnezone's choice of Hidden power. I am well and truly open to changes there, and Jellicent's set might use a bit of tweaking too. The team has been weak to rain teams in the past, so I'll take any suggestions that don't involve changing the team's identity completely.
