I would  give gengar destiny bond because he can be easily taken out and can easily take out a threat,  and give umbreon moonlight instead of wish because there's no wait.  Give dragonite less defense, his hp and multiscale will be enough and invest In attack get rid of sub and add fire punch to resist ice hopes this helps bro, I've used these kind of pokemon on teams b4 and are very amazing and beneficial. Changes should be great
