I think it's great! All I have to say is I would take advantage of your scrafty. Scrafty is among the extremely scarce number of pokemon that can learn iron defense, amnesia, toxic, and protect. It's an ultimate toxic move set.
Use toxic, then protect, then iron defense/ amnesia based on the opponent, then protect and keep going until defenses are maxed. However the other 5 pokemon have a great interactive move set.
you're kidding me right? TOXIC STALL SCRAFTY?
Dragon Dance and Bulk Up... why waste great set-up moves like that?
*Uses Taunt on Toxic Stall*
This Team is run down single-handedly by Choice Band Fire Type, especially under the Sun. To remedy this, add a Scarfer to revenge said Offensive Threat; I suggest Zoroak or Hydreigon. Also, Dark Pulse > Night Daze on Zoroak; Night Shade is an immediate indicator of Zoroak, while Dark Pulse can fir just about anywhere on this Team.

There was a lot to consider, but with all your input I was able to tinker a bit more. So with that said, here are the changes;

Creeper (Sableye) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpD
Careful Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
- Recover
- Foul Play

I took the advice about changing Sableye's Evs for more coverage. Though I decided to keep Foul Play for type coverage.

Hoodlum (Scrafty) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Shed Skin
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 HP / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Crunch
- Rest

I left Scrafty alone. A lot of you recommended switching to a DD set, but I utilize Scrafty more as a wall than a physical attacker.

Hydra (Hydreigon) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Dark Pulse
- Heat Wave
- Surf/U-Turn

I think that Hydreigon had the most changes out of everyone on the team. I've noticed a massive improvement by removing focus Sash for Choice Scarf. I replaced Flamethrower for heatwave for more damage, though I'm unsure if I should replace it for Heat Blast. The 85% accuracy makes me slightly nervous.

Umbra (Umbreon) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Def
Careful Nature
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Protect
- Foul Play

Minor change.

Raven (Honchkrow) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk
- Sucker Punch
- Brave Bird
- Superpower
- Roost

I left the IVs on because as Enoch-117 lamented on it helps with the recoil. However I moved the Evs from Hp to Speed.

Christian (Zoroark) (M) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Illusion
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Trick
- Dark Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Focus Blast

Swapped from Night Daze to Dark Pulse to not hint that it's Zoroark.
