This is my ubers team which has scored me quite a few wins but i want to make it better. feel free to tell me what i can improve and change about it.

Deoxys-S @ Focus Sash
Deoxys-S
Trait: pressure
EVs: 252 spd/252 atk/4 hp
Nature: Adamant

  • Taunt
  • Fire Punch
  • Stealth Rock
  • Superpower

Deoxys-S is one of the best leads in the ubers metagame. Its amazing base speed means it outspeeds everything in ubers that doesnt have a choice scarf. taunt is used to stop set-up sweepers, spikers, or stallers right in their tracks. Fire punch is run to stop forretress and ferrothorn before they can spin my hazards away or set up leech seed, respectively. Stealth rock is run over spikes because since this variant is a suicide lead, its not gonna have enough bulk to set up spikes. I run superpower for darkrai and tyranitar, who would otherwise ko me before i could do significant damage to them. the basic idea is to set up stealth rock and deal as much damage as possible before getting ko'd

Skarmory @ leftovers
Skarmory
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 hp/252 sdef/ 4 def
Nature: Impish/Careful

  • Roost
  • Brave Bird
  • Whirlwind
  • Spikes

Skarmory's great defense has made him able to wall many physical threats in ou and this has not changed in ubers. Spikes is mandatory on this set because deoxys doesn't set up spikes. Brave bird is to finish off weakened threats. Roost is used so he stays in long enough to set up spikes. Finally, whirlwind is used for emergency phazing threats like e-killer arceus or substitute/hone claws zekrom. I'm debating whether to run a careful or impish nature since both are equally good. I've made him specially defensive to wall the dragon pulses of the special sweepers of the uber tier.

Giratina-O @ Griseous Orb
Giratina-O
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 satk/248 atk/ 8 spe
Nature: Naughty
- Draco Meteor
- Outrage
- Shadow Sneak
- Hidden Power Fire

Giratina-Origin is an amazing spin blocker, with its great attack and special attack of 120 each and a titanic base 150 hp stat. The only thing lettting him down is his speed of only 90. Draco meteor is put as a means to dent groudon. Outrage is to beat blissey and chansey, who would otherwise wall this set. shadow sneak is to beat threats like Deoxys-A and mewtwo. hidden power fire is for the spinners that it blocks, namely forretress.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Blissey
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 def/ 252 sdef/ 4 hp
Nature: Calm

  • Wish
  • Toxic
  • Heal bell
  • Snatch

Blissey is an amazing wall, with amazing base 135 special defense and the highest hp in the game. Wish lets blissey heal its team mates to full health. Toxic helps blissey deal with stalkers who think they can stall this pink blob out. Heal bell gives support to the whole team as no one likes status conditions. snatch may sound strange, but when you see the amount of people using moves like wish, calm mind, substitute and roost, then it will be clear why i chose this move. sure, it cant touch steel types but thats what the other members of my team are for.

Mewtwo @ Life Orb
Mewtwo
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 spd/252 satk/4 hp
Nature: Timid

  • Aura Sphere
  • Ice Beam
  • Psystrike
  • Fire Blast

Mewtwo is arguably one of the best special sweepers in the game. With a monstrous base 154 special attack and a great 130 base speed, theres almost nothing stopping it. this set maximizes coverage and is able to hit everyone in ubers for at least neutral damage. Add a life orb to this and it becomes a very potent special sweeper.

Dialga @ Life Orb
Dialga
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Satk/ 4 hp
Nature: Quiet

  • Draco Meteor
  • Outrage
  • Thunder/ Brick Break
  • Fire Blast

Dialga has great special attack of 150, which often overshadows its great attack of 120. after seeing these stats the first thing that comes to mind (my mind at least) is "mixed sweeper." Draco meteor hits everything quite hard, excluding blissey and chantey. This is why i run outrage alongside draco meteor to take them out. Thunder is for kyogre, but brick break can be used to hit heatran. Finally, Fire blast destroys Ferrothorn and Forretress.

Well, I ended up changing a fair amount of your team. The only pokes that stayed almost completely the same are Blissey and Skarmory. Hope you don;t mind, but in the end it came out to a very, very solid team.

I took your original team and started battling with it on main. Giratina-O was switched as the team needed a Scarfer. I put in Genesect who hits most of the tier and is one of the best Scarfers in the Metagame. I then enlisted the help of a friend, who pointed out that Dialga could carry rocks (as he does this better then being an all-out attacker) which meant I could switch Deo-s for someone with more utility. Latias came in as a hardcore check to Kyogre. However I then came to a Stall Breaker Sun team and was utterly destroyed. And so in came Mewtwo's replacement, Arceus-Ghost equipped with a move to hard-counter Ho-oh specifically. I also changed Dialga's role and set completely. So without further rambling, my rate for your team.

We'll start with the remaining members of your team :P

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Brave Bird
- Whirlwind
- Spikes

So same everything except for the EVs. I changed them to fully Defensive, this mean Blissey can fully abuse it's Bulk and SDef and have someone to take pretty much any physical attack in the metagame.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
- Wish
- Toxic
- Heal bell
- Seismic Toss

I changed the EVs to full SDef and switched out Snatch for Seismic Toss. There was one time in the 20 or so battles where I could have used Snatch, and the remainder I used Toss. So definitely a change that should be made.

Dialga @ Lum Berry
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 56 SAtk / 200 SDef
Modest Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Stealth Rock
- Roar

Anti-lead Lum Dialga. More necessary bulk and with enough SAtk to hit hard. Dragon Pulse preferred over the normally seen D-Meteor so you can stay in and still hit hard. Fire Blast hits Genesect, Ferro, and Forretress all hard, even in the rain. Roar gives you an additional phazer which is nice to have in a tier where so many pokemon set up and sweep. Stealth Rock is ofc hazards, and works really well against leads that start with status. Darkrai in particular. It also functions well as a status absorber later in the game. You could also go for Leftovers if you don't like the Lum.

Genesect @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Download
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature
- U-turn
- Explosion
- Ice Beam
- Blaze Kick

A Genesect that I particularly enjoy using. Blaze Kick is the crux of the set, replacing Iron Head (which does pretty much nothing other then hitting Terrakion) Blaze Kick OHKOs other Genesect in rain, 2HKOs Forretress in Rain (and without rain if Sturdy isn't broken), Genesect gets 3HKO in rain (dumb Ferrothorn) but is 2HKOd outside of rain. U-Turn is your ultimately main move, gaining momentum and making prediction far easier for your team. Ice Beam is pretty much required coverage. Explosion can deal incredible damage and with Genesect outspeeding most pokemon it'll hit hard when you're right at the end of your health.

Latias @ Soul Dew
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 112 HP / 204 SAtk / 192 Spd
Timid Nature
- Roar
- Roost
- Draco Meteor
- Thunder

Latias is your hard-counter for Kyogre which every team needs. Blissey can be a check, but it can't take max HP, Specs Water Spout. Latias however, can not only take it, but can 2HKO with Thunder, the main point in carrying it (Thunderbolt isn't quite as good if you prefer always being able to use the move instead of relying on other teams carrying Kyogre [which most do in Uber]). Draco Meteor dents everything except Steel types. With full hazards down you can cause much rage with Roar, and Roost is your recovery. Watch out for opposing Genesects. They love a good tasty Latias to practice U-Turning on.

Arceus-Ghost @ Spooky Plate
Trait: Multitype
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Judgment
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover
- Stone Edge

Arceus-Ghost is your spin blocker, and support poke. Stone Edge is there to take out Ho-oh which threatens most of the team. WOW, Recover and Judgement make up for one heck of a staller. The Ghost typing also helps the synergy on your team, as fighting was starting to become an issue, and Giratina-A brought an additional dragon weakness.

So that's my edit for your team. You had a good team to start with, but the moment you get into the higher/better players in Ubers it started to fail. And that's something I notice quite frequently in Ubers. There are teams that function well in the lower ladder that can't function at all in the higher part of the ladder. Good teams are rarely seen in the lower part of the ladder so but they generally do well there. So now you have a strong team, more stall then offense, which can be a problem if your battle style is more offense biased. In any case, I wish you luck in your future endeavors.

k. i replaced reshiram with zekrom because he can also check ho-oh as well as ferrothorn who would otherwise be problematic
Zekrom checks ferro with its sub/hone claws set because ferro thorn can't do anything to zekrom when it's behind a sub because zekrom resists both of ferrothorn's stabs, so zekrom can just boost to its hearts content while ferrothorn is powerless to do anything. Then he can eliminate ferrothorn as well as a good portion of the opponents team
If you use Sub Hone Claws, you lose your Scarfer.
^^^^^

What he said :P
You always need a Scarfer. Always.
However I still don't know what you can do to keep using Zekrom. However Reshiram should still be strong enough with STAB and that SAtk to hit Ferro even in rain. Keep Reshiram instead of Zekrom for your Scarfer.
ive tried both and both have the same level of performance. zekrom fares well against stall and rain teams and reshiram does well against sun and offensive teams. since the metagame has so many offense teams im going with reshiram
