OK, so I send out Forretress and get in as many entry hazards as I can while also spinning out other hazards. I switch out to Giratina or Kyogre and begin to annoy the heck out of the other guy by using force-switch moves, subjecting them to entry hazards. If my HP gets low or I get a status condition, rest will heal me AND take away Dragon Tail's and Roar's trait of going last, since Sleep Talk doesn't use moves' PP or apply priority, except its own. When those guys get seeded or faint, I can send in one of my two sweepers, Darkrai or Gengar. Gengar just attacks normally, while Darkrai sets up with Dark Void, Substitute, and Nasty Plot. If Gengar gets saved by the sash, he can use Destiny Bond to ensure the attacker's defeat. If all else fails, I bring out my trump card, GodWall. Kyogre's ability weakens fire-type moves, and he has high defense to counter EQ and fighting-type moves. Use Substitute, get in one or two Calm Mind(s), then use recover to regain health. Repeat until half-maxed or maxed stats. Procceed to sweep with Judgement(Or any other move that you want, as long as it can hit every type. For example, don't use Shadow ball because it can't hit normal-types) That's basically what my team has to offer. Any suggestions?

trololololololololo... I wouldn't say their roles/purpose as their nickname...
I like my nicknames and ima keep 'em
Might wanna try Custap Forretress as that's what your strategy seems to be leaning towards.
custap?
Berry that reduces power of super effective Fire type moves I think.
nah thats occa berry
Custap berry means once you hit 25% or under health, you move first provided your opponent's move is of the same priority bracket.
FREEEEZZEEEEE SHOOOCKKK!!!!!!! You're back!!!

Forretress
EV's need tweaking here. 252 HP/252 SDef/ 4 Def with Calm/Careful Nature this spread allows Forretress to tank more Special hits since its defense is already quite high and that many Uber attackers are Special. Overcoat as a ability is pretty pointless since it resists most weathers so Sturdy is a better option since then you're guaranteed to get at least one set of Rocks up. If you're afraid of Fire attacks use a Occa berry, or custap berry for that extra layer of hazard instead of Leftovers. Ditch T-spikes for Volt Switch or Bug bite seeing as you're gonna be putting things to sleep with Darkrai.

Arceus
Seeing as you're using it to kinda finish things off or as a cleanup sweeper and the rest of the offensive side of your team is special, I think Extreme Arceus is a better option here.
GodSpeed (Arceus) @Lum Berry
Trait: Multitype
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spd/Sdef/ Def
-Swords Dance
-Extremespeed
-Shadow Claw
-Earthquake/SEdge/Brick Break

The set explains itself . Extremespeed grants you priority to finish off stuff weakened by hazards, S-dance gives you extra power, and the rest covers. Lum berry prevents getting crippled.

Darkrai
Seems fine for the most part. Ice Beam or Focus Blast might be better if you prefer to sacrifice STAB for more reliable offensive coverage. Don't forget sleep clause and switch this guy in on resters for the extra trolls. Calm mind in place of Nasty Plot if you want some bulk. Alternatively if you still want T-Spikes from Forretress, go for a Focus Sash then with the moveset Dark Pulse, Ice Beam, Focus Blast, and Nasty Plot. This set is less reliant on sleep since Sleep Clause limits alot of power from Dark Void and allows T-spikes for forre since you can't put something poisoned to sleep.

Gengar
The set in itself if pretty much fine but Thunder for T-bolt , though many other Uber sweepers outclass Gengar by alot, such as Palkia, Mewtwo, or Deoxys-A/S with the exception of no Destiny Bond. Here are some alternatives to Gengar.
Palkia @Choice Scarf
Trait: Pressure
Modest Nature
EVs: 252 SAtk/252 Spd/4 HP
-Draco Metor/Spacial Rend
-Surf
-Thunder
-Anything of your choice
Choice Scarf lets you outspeed alot of things. Draco Meteor/Spacial Rend is STAB, Surf is STAB, Thunder Punishes Kyorges.
Deoxys-A @Focus Sash
Trait: Pressure
Timid/Modest Nature
EVs: 252 SAtk/252 Spd/4 HP.
-Psychic/Psycho Boost
-Ice Beam
-Shadow Ball
-Thunder/T-bolt
Very standard sash sweeper. Use Psycho boost if you want more oomph in your attack.
Mewtwo @Choice specs
Trait: Pressure
Timid/Modest Nature
EVs: 252 SAtk/252 Spd/4 HP
-Psyshock
-Thunder
-Ice Beam
-Aura Sphere
Hits quite hard with specs and Timid should let it outspeed a decent amount of things.

These guys basically can play the same role as Gengar without needing Destiny Bond.

Giratina
Replace Roar with Will-o-Wisp to only add to your Bulk physically and get those steel types (If you choose to run T-spikes) or Protect for stalling them out and getting a free turn to use Leftovers.

Kyogre
Lugia would do a much better job here in my opinion. Simply because it outclasses Kyogre in Defensively.
Lugia @Leftovers
Trait: Multiscale
Bold/Careful Nature
EVs: 252 HP/128 Def/128 SDef OR 252 Def/252 SDef/4 HP
-Dragon Tail
-Roost
-Substitute
-Protect/Reflect/Light Screen
Provide force switching and team support. Yey.

If you want to keep Kyogre though I'd go with Surf or Ice beam instead of Water Sport

Thanks for the help! The forretress ability was a typo, Btw. I get that T-spikes isn't worth it, but forretress has basically NO attack, making bug bite almost useless. Status effects will DESTROY Lugia, and it has way more weaknesses. I like roar on giratina simply because it has a greater chance of using a force-switch move when it uses sleep talk.
I used to both use roar and D-tail on gira, though I found having Will-o-Wisp more useful. But either works.
Bug bites actually pretty helpful for getting rid of Darkrai subs unless they went full defense. But since you're only using only one hazard setter T-spikes should work.
