Comments

Steelix and Sceptile don't work particularly well in Ubers due to their bad typing and subpar offence respectively. Porygon-Z, Cloyster and Hydreigon suffers from the same issues and are generally not up to competition with powerhouses such as Kyogre, Palkia and Giratina. Overall, these Pokemon will have such a hard time performing I would suggest replacing Rayquasa with a OU Pokemon and make it a OU team if you promptly want to use these Pokemon. Otherwise, this team would be quite difficult to use in Ubers.

Also, if you want to use this team at all you need a counter to Figthing types and attacks which currently threatens 5/6 of your team. Something such as Giratina or Jellicent would be most recommend.
