Hello! This is Haunter, with an amazing Gen 5 OU team! (I know, X and Y are out, but I don't have it yet, so I'm gonna make do with Gen 5 for now) So, this team is called BFFs Help Each Other Out because this whole team are BFFs. They help each other because I decided to get a Pokemon to cover each Pokemon's weakness, if you know what I mean. If you don't, then you'll see.
First I decided to start with a Pokemon that has little weaknesses, so straightaway I thought Scizor, but then I realized I could have Forretress for entry hazards and Rapid Spin. So Forretress it was.

Forretress
Forretress @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Jolly Nature
-Toxic Spikes
-Rapid Spin
-Stealth Rock
-Gyro Ball

Forretress has one weakness: Fire. I had a long thought, and my first idea was Vaporeon. But then I considered my other options, and Rotom-Wash eventually came up. With its Electric type, it can cover more than Vaporeon.

Rotom
Rotom-Wash @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
-Hydro Pump
-Thunderbolt
-Trick
-Pain Split

Rotom-Wash only has a single weakness, which is Grass. It could have been covered by Forretress, but it has no Bug moves. At that moment, Scizor cropped up again, but I realized if I have 2 Bug-Steel types on a team, it might not end well. So I thought and thought, and eventually came to a conclusion: why not a Ghost type? So here we have Chandelure.

Chandelure

Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Calm Nature
-Energy Ball
-Fire Blast
-Shadow Ball
-Substitute

Chandelure has the most weaknesses so far, but Rock, Ground and Water can straightaway be covered by Rotom-Wash. However, Ghost and Dark were proving hard to cover. I spent a good half hour looking up who could destroy those crippling weaknesses. The first Pokemon I found was Shedinja, and I thought hell no. But the second one was Scrafty, and I thought good idea!

Scrafty
Scrafty @ Expert Belt
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
-Drain Punch
-Crunch
-Dragon Dance
-Zen Headbutt

Flying is covered by Rotom-Wash, so the only other weakness is Fighting. For once, the first Pokemon I had in mind was the one I stuck with.

Alakazam
Alakazam @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
-Psyshock
-Signal Beam
-Energy Ball
-Hidden Power [Fighting]

Alakazams weaknesses are covered by Chandelure and Scrafty, so I have a free space! A sweeper is ideal, so I thought of Kyurem-Black.

Kyurem
Black Kyurem @ Leftovers
Trait: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
-Fusion Bolt
-Dragon Claw
-Roost
-Outrage

There we have it! Please rate!
THE END.

Don't bother raising Scrafty's speed it's never going to be good. It would probably be better to raise one of his defenses.
I... didnt raise his speed...
It looks like an okay team to me, but what I see is;
1. Strong special attackers with good coverage like Alakazam, Gengar, Latios can rip through you, since you lack any pokemon to take strong special attacks constantly
2. Other pokemon like MixMence can also reliably take on your team :P Also Mold Breaker Haxorus laughs at you... since it can bypass your only ground switch in, Rotom-W with Mold Breaker. And even if forretress can wall it, forretress doesn't have any offensive moves to deal damage back (face it, rapid spin doesn't count :P)
3. Some of your sets could be improved. Scrafty has base 90 attack, which probably isn't the best attack stat to be attempting a sweep without boosting with Dragon Dance or Bulk Up. Forretress could use Volt Switch or Gyro Ball as an offensive move to stop it from being complete taunt fodder. I don't see the point of running an offensive kyurem-b with dragon tail?
4. Your teambuilding strategy 'covering each other's weaknesses' isn't a bad one i suppose, but when you're doing it make sure to pay attention to the bulk of your pokemon. For example lets assume Chandelure is dead, and a Terrakion comes out on Scrafty. You switch out to Alakazam, it uses close combat.
252 Atk Terrakion Close Combat vs 4 HP/0 Def Alakazam: 72.22% - 85.32%
Alakazam still gets completely killed by it, even if it resists it since Alakazam's bulk is horrid.

Edit: Now that you've changed Scrafty into a bulk up set, you should increase bulk since it's speed is horrid anyway
Actually you did raise his speed. Unless 252 spe stands for special attack.
I decided to replace Spikes with Gyro Ball.
