You can only have one Mega Evolution per battle, so that would be a waste of an item slot. Soooo, Mega Pinsir > Mega Alakazam. Tbh Mega Alakazam isn't that good of a Mega, and I prefer LO or Sash Magic Guard Alakazam.
I would use carbink instead of Xatu. Umbreon is also good.

Scolipede: Looking good. Can't change much.

Aegislash:

Instead of the investment in defenses, I would go for a 252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 in something else, your decision. His set looks good, although I would use shadow sneak instead of claw for the priority to make up for his low speed. Other than that it looks good.

Greninja: This set eats small children. Thumbs up.

Xatu: Also looking pretty good, although maybe try a dual screens set up? This one is also helpful. It's really up to you.

Alakazam was a beast in gen 1, but fell off in the later gens, until gen 5 came along, with magic guard. I am really not sure if you can do as much damage with a megakazam then the normal life orb variant of alakazam, so I have no idea, I can't say much. The moves look nice, though.

Pinsir: It looks pretty good, but you have nothing to abuse his ability. X scissor is a must, of course. Storm throw with a swords dance can be pretty dangerous, and good against curse setups. Earthquake is also good for the rock types that sorta screw you over. Also, congrats on the shiny ^_^

Hope this helps,

i agree with the pinsir evaluation. You might want to give him thrash for an extremly powerful "flying" move with his ability
Oh jeez, just thought of that. That would be insane against anyone who doesn't resist it. I was thinking return xD
