Rather than relying purely on speed and momentum, this team focusings on beating out the opponent with stall tactics and bulky sweeping

The Dukes of Hazards

Sandslash
Sandslash (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
IVs: 0 SAtk
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Set up my sneaky pebbles, spin others way, wall them physical sweepers all day every day, that what Sandslash say.

Roserade
Roserade (F) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 242 SDef / 16 Spd
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Giga Drain
- Toxic Spikes
- Sleep Powder
- Rest

Nothing quite makes stall effective like Toxic Spikes, and keeping bulky waters in check while also incapacitating things with sleep is quite handy

Speed Support

Ambipom

Ambipom (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 SAtk
- Fake Out
- Double Hit
- Low Sweep
- Shadow Claw

Speed is sometimes needed to handle fast, powerful wall breakers or finish off an opposing sweeper, and this is where Ambipom comes in, able to HANDle such threats. (Insert laugh track here)

Rotom
Rotom @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Light Screen
- Reflect

Of course one can always augment bulk with more bulk, and that's what dual screens and will-o-wisp are for. Volt Switch allows for free damage as the sweeper is switched in. It should be noted that Rotom covers all of Scrafty's weaknesses and vice versa, so it makes a good lead in for Scrafty.

The Sweepers

Scrafty
Scrafty (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Shed Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
IVs: 0 SAtk
- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Crunch
- Rest

This guy (girl?) right here is the star. Base 116 defenses augmented by a solid base 90 attack stat and arguably the best offensive typing available before the existence of fairies combined with reliable recovery in drain punch and rest make you a monster, especially behind screens. Granted you fear heracross and the other fighting types, and crobat is a major pain, but bulk up can remediate this issue. My favorite moment with this set was beating out an Alomomola, one of the bulkiest physical walls out there, thanks to pure bulk and Shed Skin.

Suicune
Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Scald
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Oh good old Crocune, king of the bulky waters. May the burning torrent of Scalds leave your opponents hindered, may sleep talk continue to choose a decent option 2/3 of the time, and may your slumber forever maintain your health

The main issues this team faces are powerful wall breakers uncaring of toxic damage like Heracriss, which although uncommon can leave major holes, and phazers which can end a sweep, but more often than not they can be incapacitated with Sleep Powder, finished off with fake out or dealt with in some way.

Congratulations on stall. This is my favorite style of playing. Stall is very good in UU with pokemon like Porygon2 and Suicune, so make sure to try out many different options.
My only thoughts: run Night Slash on Sandy to deal with Cofag and Dusclops switches. Also with Rocks up, it cleans up weakened Mews and Meloetta on the switches, both if whom can run very effective Choice Item wall breaking sets.
looks like a great team
I recommend Synthesis instead of Rest on Roserade. Very nice strategy; bulk always beats out brawn.
