There are only a few things wrong with your team, so this isn't necessarily an answer.
1)King's rock on rotom?
2)Skarmory should have stealth rock, spikes, whirlwind, and roost/brave bird and leftovers
3)T-tar doesn't run that set very well, may I suggest aerial ace instead of rock polish and maxed HP EVs with leftovers?
4) may I also suggest substitute or swords dance over stone edge on mawile?
There are a few things wrongs like the guy above/below said.
-Rotom wash with kings rock?
-I run a leftovers skarmory with spikes, whirlwind, roost, and brave bird.
-I don not think that a quick claw t-tar with rock polish would be a good idea. Try replacing it with stealth rocks, and maybe leftovers.
-your mawile is fine, but i dont like the moveset. Try swords dance, play rough, sucker punch, and iron head.
Overall, your team seems pretty good.
