I'll add descriptions and everything later because i have to go, but look at the team.

Alpha (Shuckle) (M) @ Leftovers
Shuckle
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk / 30 Spd
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Encore
This thing is perfect for setting up SR and Sticky Web. Unfortunately, Taunt and Rapid Spin
screws it up. Stealth Rock is a good asset to any team, and Sticky Web lowers speed, as my team is slow. Toxic takes advantage of his amazing defense and sp.def to weaken the opponent, and Encore lets Latias or Keldeo come in and CM.

Ghostfire (Chandelure) @ Choice Scarf
Chandelure
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball
- Trick
This thing is BOSS. 145 sp.atk with Choice Scarf wrecks. Fire Blast has amazing power and almost never misses. Dat luck. Shadow Ball is if i dont want to take the risk of Fire Blast missing and to nail Ghost's and Psychic. But hates Sucker Punch. Energy Ball is for dat
Swampert and Rhyperior, and Trick screws up walls and gets me a leftovers.
Hydro (Blastoise-Mega) @ Blastoisinite
Blastoise
Ability: Mega Launcher
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 Def
- Water Pulse
- Dark Pulse
- Dragon Pulse
- Ice Beam
The Sp. attaker, Water Pulse does same damage,STAB and has that annoying Confusion chance which can save my life at times. All of it's moves except Ice Beam are boosted by Mega Launcher. Dark Pulse nails Ghost and Psychic Pokemon, and Dragon Pulse is a good move but not sure what to replace it with. I don't need it because Ice Beam covers everything, and can freeze.Lol
Celibis (Celebi) @ Leftovers
Celebi
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 220 HP / 252 SAtk / 36 Spd
Modest Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Earth Power
- Giga Drain
- Recover
Metagro (Bisharp) @ Life Orb
Bisharp
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit
- Iron Head
I don't know much about this guy, but he traps psychics and kills fairies for my team, and can try for a sweep if there are no threats.
Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Latias
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Ability: Levitate
- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse
- Psychic
- Hidden Power [Fire]
CM for the sweep. No explanation here.
Threats
Opposing Bisharp, Sticky Web(move), and sometimes Florges. At the end of the match.

Hi and welcome to UU! :)

Shuckle's only problems that I can see so far is that 1: Run Rest over Run Rest SR (I'll explain why later) And 2: Run this EV spread: 252 HP / 196 Def / 60 SDef
With this, you can basically tank any move and Rest up. Or maybe, if you really wanted, you can use Infestation > Encore and that way when they're trapped, hit them with a toxic :)

Your team is very weak to Ghost type moves, and with LO Bisharp being a sweeper, not a tanker, it can hardly switch repeatedly in on a Shadow Ball/Claw. So instead of Scarf Chandy (not being fast in the first place) Try using Arcanine or friends. This way, you'll lessen the ghost weakness while keeping the Flash Fire and Arcanine is faster anyway, also, you're lakcing physical attacker so Arcanine also fills that spot.

Blastoise is good, however, run Aura Sphere > Dragon Pulse. This way, you can hit pesky Umbreons and Dragon Pulse provides no coverage that Ice beam can't handle.

Now the reason I got rid of rocks on Shuckle was so that Celebi can run it. There is absoutely no reason to run a special attacking celebi with T-Wave. Instead, run a Heal Bell support set with Stealth Rocks. This would mean a moveset like:
252 HP / 60 Speed / Either 196 Defense or Special Defense.
Heal Bell
Stealth Rocks
Recover
Giga Drain

Some problems with Bisharp. Why do you have Dark Pulse? Replace it with Iron Head.
Also change either Pursuit for Knock Off, or Dual Chop for Knock off. Also, not really needed but maybe have Brick Break in there for Chansey's.

Latias in my opinion can't really sweep anymore, with Florges running around in UU, which is why I'm suggesting another defensive set. Either go defensive or specially defensive, opposite of what you chose for celebi. Then run a moveset somewhat along the lines of:
Wish, Protect, Defog, and Dragon Pulse/Psyshock.
This way, you'll have Wish Support as well as defog support. However, if you don't like the defog support, run Rapid SPin on Blastoise and have Toxic here instead.

Good luck with your team!
