I've never made a real hyper offensive team, but with genesect, deoxys speed, and Mluc being suspected and likely banned, I want to say goodbye D:. so I made this, which has gotten me rages on PS multiple times. So here's my first HO team, hope you like it!

Preview:

Gen 6 d-nite and gengar sprites were too big D:

Teambuilding Process:
Started out with the three suspects to, again, say goodbye.
enter image description here enter image description here enter image description here
tested them with some outrage spam, azumarill, etc to see what they could and couldn't deal with. I always liked trapping, so I decided to try out something I thought I would never use: Wobuffet. Wobuffet could trap offensive threats and KO them with their own move, or it can even encore defensive mons. Poisoning it is a huge mistake, as it will simply encore and let Mluc set up. Same with Knock off.

With gen 6, along with megas, new pokemon, a new type, and new mechanics, also came new items. Among these, the two that are the most viable are probably weakness policy, and assault vest. Weakness policy has an awesome user in dragonite, who can perfectly abuse it with multiscale. Add this to the fact that deoxys has taunt, and much of the time it can and will sweep.

Needed another special attacker that could prevent spinning and keep offensive presence, so I picked gengar, and opted for sub+3 attacks.

Deoxys-Speed @ Focus Sash
enter image description here
Ability: Pressure
EVs:188 Def / 68 SDef / 252 HP (thanks MK)
Timid Nature
- Taunt
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Punch (MK)

Deoxys-Speed has gotten nerfed so much that it doesn't deserve ubers quite much because of defog, but not so much that it is not phenomenal. Deoxys is the definitive lead for hyper offense, only facing a small amount of competition from smeargle and its own defense form. Deoxys is always my lead, and most battles go similarly. I taunt their SR user, get up my SR plus a layer of spikes or two, and then die. It's that simple. Now some people may think that "That's a perfectly good waste of a pokemon!" I assure you it is not. SR on their side is so important on Hyper Offense that it warrants a suicide lead in deoxys. It is not setup fodder either, as it has taunt. The only reason to not use it is because of excradrill, but its not really all that common and can be set up on by d-nite.

Possible Changes
Fire Punch > Psycho Boost?

Lucario @ Lucarionite
enter image description here
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Bullet Punch
- Earthquake

Lucario is so amazing. There is just no disputing that. It is the most dangerous sweeper in the tier hands down, can run special or physical OR mixed, and even has adaptability! The pokemon that can take +2 CC are very few, and must be at almost full health most of the time. Here are some calcs to illustrate this:
+2 252 Atk Adaptability Mega Lucario Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Rotom-W: 388-458 (127.6 - 150.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252 Atk Adaptability Mega Lucario Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mega Venusaur: 176-208 (48.3 - 57.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252 Atk Mega Lucario Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Aegislash-Blade: 818-964 (252.4 - 297.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

The list goes on and on. Lucario at +2 OHKOs most of the metagame, 2HKOing the rest
Possible Changes
Crunch/Ice Punch > Earthquake

Genesect @ Choice Scarf
enter image description here
Ability: Download
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Atk
Hasty Nature
- Flamethrower
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- U-turn

Best revenge killer in OU, Probably. A couple factors that play into this include the fact that it can run like 20 sets, Download, typing, coverage and movepool, great stats, etc. I considered using the rare but dangerous shift gear set, but I needed special attackers. Flamethrower roasts steels, Ice gliscor and co., T-bolt is for mega charizard (big threat), and U-turn is for momentum :D

I like how you are using the three suspected pokemon in OU lol
Also, I have edit history :3
EVs: 188 Def / 68 SDef / 252 HP
Try out those EVs for Deoxys Speed and also use Rocky Helmet (but only with those EVs)
Essentially you don't need to be outspeeding anything and you can easily tank stuff with the spread.
Standard Genesect: 252 Atk Genesect U-turn vs. 252 HP / 188+ Def Deoxys-S: 176-210 (57.89 - 69.07%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Standard Tyranitar: 76 Atk Tyranitar Crunch vs. 252 HP / 188+ Def Deoxys-S: 194-230 (63.81 - 75.65%) -- guaranteed 2HKO--
Ferrothorn (lol): 48 Atk Ferrothorn Gyro Ball (150 BP) vs. 252 HP / 188+ Def Deoxys-S: 132-156 (43.42 - 51.31%) -- 4.69% chance to 2HKO

Also run Fire Punch over Psycho Boost for better coverage and to hammer hard on Scizor.
I almost see Mega Charizard X as a gigantic threat here...
You're the only person who really understands me... Lucario is BY FAR the most dangerous sweeper in OU. Nobody seems to understand.
Perhaps it's because Mega Lucario is banned to Ubers and standard Lucario is outclassed by the other fighting types in OU.

Wobbuffet @ Leftovers
enter image description here
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 28 HP / 232 Def / 248 SDef
Bold Nature
- Counter
- Mirror Coat
- Encore
- Destiny Bond

Wobbuffet is underrated, imo. I'm getting lazy, so these descriptions will get shorter. Wobuffet can trap landorus without u-turn, heatran, and other annoying pokemon. It can also encore set up sweepers to be set up on (lol).

Dragonite @ Weakness Policy
enter image description here
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Extreme Speed

With Weakness policy, this becomes a hundred times more dangerous. It doesn't even need the boost from outrage, as that would allow fairies to deal with it, and it KOs most stuff it would anyway.

Gengar @ Life Orb
enter image description here
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast

This team was originally destroyed by bisharp, until I added this. Even though Sucker punch is an easy KO, it can get a sub up and focus blast KOs (if it doesn't miss >.>) It can sub on a suprising amount of things, and then do impressive damage.

Scarfed Genger might give this team a problem.
If I recall correctly, Scarf Gengar cannot outspeed Deoxys-S.

Also, Scarf Gengar is so damn weak, it wont do crap to Dragonite, and will most likely not 2HKO Wobbufett.
Servant, Timid Scarfed Gengar outspeeds non-scarfed Timid Deoxys Speed.
252 SpA Gengar Shadow Ball vs. 28 HP / 248 SpD Wobbuffet: 288-342 (54.5 - 64.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Never seen it, but if it's an issue, I'll fix it
Ok, so I didn't recall correctly, and I didn't note the EV spread of Wobbufett. However, that still doesnt answer give Scarf Gengar ANY viability to be used over another pokemon, especially when it can be easily trapped by the likes of TTar. Scarf Gengar, like Haxorus, is just an excuse to say a team is weak to something, but isn't legitimately seen (your usage on it isn't what matters) when facing an opponent, for the sheer fact that Gengar it outclassed in the Scarf role.  Sure, it can threaten his team, but how threatening will it be when Dragonite can easily OHKO while Gengar breaks Multiscale with Dazzling Gleam? How scary will it be when Lucario can get a Swords Dance boost, and ko with Bullet Punch? Or how about Wobbufett trapping it after it kills a Dragonite (with Multiscale broken) with Dazzling gleam?

Just because it can threaten, it doesn't mean it will be easy, or that it won't be threatened as well. So I still disagree with Scarf Gengar being a problem.
I've actually encountered Scarf Gengar many times, so I disagree with it not being common. Also, a Pokemon doesn't have to wipe out the entire team to be a threat. If a Gengar took down Deoxys,  Wobbuffet, and tazzie's Gengar (and possibly  Dragonite too) before being KO'd, that's half the team gone right there.
Genesect is rather frail, but could take a Shadow with with a 2 or 3 hit KO, and Lucario could safely switch in to a Shadow Ball.
How often does Weakness Policy get activated?
Excadrill is not common...lolwut?
Who said it wasn't common? @ Ionization
Tazzie did @Slash

"The only reason to not use it is because of excradrill, but its not really all that common and can be set up on by d-nite."

Under Deoxys-S description.
Hmm. Yup, Excadrill actually is common now that it's OU(temporarily).
11.06504% is its usage, guess I haven't really been noticing them cos luc cc's it the vast majority of the time. Weakness policy gets activated about 3/4 of the time.
Then answer this one thing for me, Poke'slash; How far up are you in the current ladder, and what rank range are the top (was it 500? 400?) battlers on the ladder?
This is total honesty right here: Every time I go on Showdown, my ladder ranking has been reset. Seriously, I laddered NU for about 2 hours, closed the tab, came back on the next day and my ranking was back to the base.
I guess you can say that's
*puts on shades*
A Series of Unfortunate Events.

why is the damage calculation of lucario's earthquake on aegislash BLADE form?
