Welcome, y'all, to my nublet team

Bisharp

Bisharp @ Dread Plate
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 128 HP / 252 Atk / 128 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance
So I wanted to use Bisharp, since I've sort of liked the idea of using it. I mean, come on, it's unique ability (except DW) Defiant is awesome. Intimidate? More like +1 attack. Oh, Sticky Web? More attack for me! Every stat lowering hax also gives it a Swords Dance boost. Bisharp gets wrecked by fighting types and Landorus-T, but we can come to a good solution to those. DreadSharp is half inspired by Goodra's SpookySlash. It also outspeeds no investment Rotom-Wash, which if it has a boost, will be OHKO'd by Knock Off. DreadSharp really lives up to the Dread part of his name.

Gengar
Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
This guy is here for several reasons, all pertaining to Bisharp. Fighting immunity, etc. I've considered scrapping him when I learned that no one is scrubby enough for SubDisable to work, but something rang true in my head as I was about to send my favorite Gen 1 Ghost away. I remembered something vaguely about Will-O-Wisp SubGar. It has awesome coverage, although Focus Miss is a pain sometimes. Sub acts as a buffer against opposing Bisharp's Sucker Punch and Knock Off from all Pokemon.

Landorus

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
I needed a U-Turn scout, and well, it also helps with the fighting weakness from Bisharp. Landorus-Therian is a good favorite, and in this case, Scarf Utility. It also punishes Heatran. Knock Off is for anything without a Mega Stone that thinks it can switch in on it. It also makes a decent VoltTurn core member with Rotom-Wash.

Heatran

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Earth Power
- Substitute
- Lava Plume
- Stealth Rock
My first Talonflame check, as well as starts my FWG core. It absorbs Psychic for Mega Venusaur, sets up Stealth Rock, and absorbs ice moves for Landorus-Therian. It also absorbs fire moves intended for Bisharp. With three ground immunities on the team, I feel safe using it without a Balloon. Substitute acts as a buffer against a majority of things, including status and Earthquakes that weren't expected, or allow me to possibly burn something with Lava Plume. Earth Power is for coverage.

(If someone could find a good sprite to insert, that'd be cool)
Venusaur-Mega @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 236 Def / 252 HP / 20 SDef
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Synthesis
- Giga Drain
- Roar
- Sleep Powder
Absorbs Grass moves, walls Conkeldurr, shuffles everything out, Espeon's Magic Bounce acts as an eject button if it switches in, immune to Toxic, could care less about burns. Walls a good half of OU. Nothing stands in the way of this beast. Synthesis recovers HP, which is a good couple hits. Sleep Powder neutralizes anything that thinks it can take a good shot at it. Giga Drain recovers HP and eats Rotom-Wash's delicious, nutritious, health points. It eats a lot of Pokemon for breakfast, since not a lot of Pokemon can actually hurt it beyond 25%, which gets recovered via a good Giga Drain.

Rotom

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SAtk / 220 SDef / 32 Spd
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Rotom is the glue to my team, in a sense. It finishes my FWG core. It makes a VoltTurn core with Landorus-Therian. It takes care of pesky Mamoswine, which hurt my team pretty decently. It adds a Ground immunity. It can absorb paralysis via Thunder Wave (Venusaur absorbs powder moves). It burns everything not named Conkeldurr (that's scary to burn D:) and all and all is a good choice to round the team.

Possible teammates:

Slowbro

Slowbro @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Ice Beam
- Scald
- Psychic

It would take the place of Rotom-Wash, and be an all around wall. Regenerator allows me to not need anything to heal, so I can afford the Assault Vest. Adds another Psychic resistance to the team. It also is a brick wall.
Slowking

Slowking @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dragon Tail
- Ice Beam
- Fire Blast
- Scald

Like Slowbro, except it'll play like a Goodra with Regenerator.

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Protect
- Hyper Voice
- Heal Bell
It would replace Gengar, and act as a cleric. This team is lacking a cleric and I start to feel that around turn 30 if I'm being stalled. It also takes fighting moves fine, and Mega Venusaur works out taking Fighting as well with its EVs.
