Gliscor needs a move like Stealth Rock or protect instead of a full-attack set.
Klefki set should be Foul Play, Thunder Wave, Swagger, Taunt/Substitute. And change the EVs please.
Changed PKMN.
Give Krookidile Leftovers seeing as you are doing a bulk up set.

Hello! I will try to help as much as I can with this team. It looks good, so I may not have too many suggestions.

Gengar:

In competitive play, Gengarite is banned, so I am assuming this is just for against friends. I recommend using Dazzling Gleam over Giga Drain. Maybe also swap the SpDef and Spd Ev's.
Use Modest or Timid Nature. Give it a Focus Sash or Choice Scarf if you want to nbe in competitive play, that way he can revenge kill. Fitting for a Ghost-type.

Clawitzer:

You definitely need a Rapid Spinner on this team if you're going to use Talonflame. Try:

Starmie@Whatever
EV's: 252 SpAtk, 252 Spd, 4 SpDef
Trait: Natural Cure
Modest Nature

-Surf
-Psychic/Psyshock
-Rapid Spin
-Thunderbolt/Grass Knot/Power Gem

Or, for something bulkier:

Tentacruel@Black Sludge
EV's: 252 HP, 128 SpDef, 128 SpAtk
Trait: Liquid Ooze/Clear Body
Calm Nature

-Scald
-Sludge Bomb
-Rapid Spin
-Toxic/Toxic Spikes

Or if you remove Gengar's Gengarite:

Blastoise@Blastoisinite
EV's: 252 HP, 128 SpAtk, 128 SpDef
Trait: Torrent/ Mega Launcher
Careful Nature

-Scald
-Rapid Spin
-Toxic/Aura Sphere
-Protect/Dark Pulse

There. If you want to keep Clawitzer, try Modest Nature.

Talonflame:

Use Gale Wings Adamant Nature. Replace Fire Gem for Life Orb and Flamethrower for Flare Blitz. Put Special Attack EV's into HP. If you keep Clawitzer, replace him for Infernape, a great Fire type with no SR weakness. Use this set if you do:

Infernape @ Assault Vest
EV's: 252 Spd, 128 SpAtk, 128 Atk
Trait: Blaze
Naive Nature

-Close Combat
-Flamethrower
-ThunderPunch/Stealth Rock
--Shadow Claw/U-Turn

One of my favorite Nape sets. Stealth Rock and U-Turn for a lead set, ThunderPunch, and Shadow Claw for a more aggressive one. Kills SkarmBliss entirely.

Klefki:

Like Poke'Slash said, fix the EV's, as they are terrible. (No offense) Use 252 HP. 128 SpDef, 128 Def. Use Careful, Calm, Impish, or Bold depending on what you want.

Goodra:

Modest Nature. Replace Earthquake and Outrage with Surf and Dragon Pulse or Draco Meteor.

Krookodile:

Try one of the berries that reduce one of his weaknesses, which are Fighting (Chople Berry), Ice (Yache Berry), Bug (Tango), Fairy (Roseli Berry), Grass (Rindo), or Water (Passho)

I really hope I was of help to you.

^ I agree to this but the gengar shadowtag is completely legal in VGC but banned in smogon. So if you want that shadowtag gengar in PSS ratings battle you are completely fine to do so as Pokemon (VGC) allows you to use it.
