So does anyone have actual suggestions
1. (From Aeternis) Landorus: Sand Force -> Sheer Force
2. I don't like your dual 4x Rock weakness + single 2x Rock weakness Pokemon. Even if you will run Rapid Spin/Defog I don't recommend it. Especially since Latios is prone to get Pursuit. With this, I can make the following suggestions (replace mega pinsir OR talonflame definitely, not necessarily landorus)
REPLACE a. Mega Pinsir -> Mega Heracross, Mega Scizor, Mega Venusaur
OR REPLACE b. Talonflame -> Azumarill, Darmanitan, Infernape
MAYBE c. Landorus -> Infernape, Terrakion (similar coverage, can use stealth rocks, infernape can be mixed or pure special)
Oh my god i just realized tht I had sand force that was a mistake and I'm not sure which pokemon is 2x weak to rock. And pinsir and talonflame are a core. Plus the two pursuit in ou I can think of is bisharp and tyranitar which both get wrecked by hp fighting
Well, until you eliminate the enemy's stealth rocks user AND defog it, you may need to sweat bullets.
Isn't a "core" something that can switch into each other to cover each other's weaknesses, though? Or are you just going with the "2 Pokemon with redundant counters" strategy.

Well yeah, Bisharp would get wrecked by HP Fighting, but it's also not usually a pursuit user and will probably try to just Sucker Punch Latios since (if Defiant, which is most Bisharps out there) it will receive an attack boost for switching into Defog. Tyranitar would survive HP Fighting and OHKO with Crunch, but it's a guessing game if it will Pursuit or not.

252 SpA (timid) Life Orb Latios Hidden Power Fighting vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 229-270 (56.6 - 66.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk (jolly) Tyranitar Crunch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Latios: 320-380 (105.9 - 125.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Ok, I was wrong about Landorus, Ground does resist Rock. :)
Yea it is a bit annoying for the defog problem any suggestions to solve it but the pinsir and tflame they r there to wear down each other counters it's a HO core and yes they do share a few similar counters. However we have the other pokes to deal with that
