Hey, so I've recently got back into battling and I made this team. I would like some feed back on it to help it get better. Thanks

Greninja (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Atk
Hasty Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Extrasensory
- Shadow Sneak

Greninja's my favorite poke and I just wanted to use one. Life Orb, Hydro Pump and Ice Beam are standard on Greninja. Extrasensory works well with the type coverage for Greninja and I prefer it over Dark Pulse in this set because of the last move. I have Shadow Sneak for one reason, Fighting Types. I find they are probably Greninja's biggest counter, especially Mach Punch. So I use Shadow Sneak to gain the Ghost Type, and be immune to Fighting type attacks.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 184 Def / 252 HP / 72 Spd
Impish Nature
- Substitute
- Toxic
- Earthquake
- Knock Off

Gliscor is an amazing physical wall. So why not have it? The standard set works amazing. Enough said.

Tentacruel (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic Spikes
- Scald
- Sludge Bomb

I have found that Tentacruel works really well with Gliscor. As far as synergy, they basically cover each other, and one's a special wall while the other's a physical wall. Rapid Spin is just about necessary for any team. Toxic Spikes is to poison the opponent for extra damage and works with Gliscor. Scald because who wouldn't and Sludge Bomb for more coverage. The only question I have with this is the ability. Since I'm not running a rain team, I don't feel the need for Rain Dish, yet I don't think the other abilities are any better. I have Liquid Ooze now for Mega Drain, Draining Kiss, Drain Punch, etc.

Conkeldurr (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off

I needed a physical attacker on this team and I said, hey why not Assault Vest Conkeldurr. It's the standard set, nothing special really.

Heatran (M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Flash Cannon

As I was looking at my team, I realized I needed a Fire type and a Steel type for fairies. So I put Offensive Heatran on my team. I chose Stealth Rocks instead of something like Hidden Power Ice because I needed rocks and I didn't want to have to put them on Gliscor. I decided to put Air Balloon, but is Leftovers better?

Sylveon (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 SpDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Careful Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell
- Hyper Voice

The final slot for my team. After a couple trials, I realized a special dragon counter + cleric would be nice, so Sylveon made it to the team. Wish and Heal Bell are the moves needed for a cleric and it's great team support. Protect for wish and possible toxic stall due to toxic spikes. Hyper Voice for a fairy type attack plus it goes through Substitutes, which is always nice. I understand Heal Bell contradicts with Gliscor, but I figure I can set up the Poison Heal again. Should I switch a poke out for a Mega? If so, who for what mega?

Thanks for reading and please let me know your thoughts :)

Nothing much to fix the team, it seems like a pretty solid stall-y team.

Questions and comments though:
1. SDef vs HP EVs on Assault Vest Conkeldurr - When I use Assault Vest, I tend to put on the HP EVs rather than piling on the SDef, because I think Assault vest makes every point of HP more valuable (vs special attacks) while also covering the defensive side. What do you think of this? Do you feel that Conk is already tough enough on defense, or is it because its special defense is garbage enough to warrant putting all the EVs in SDef?
2. Heatran: I tend to find that Air Balloon is more useful than Lefties in most cases.
3. Tentacruel: Liquid Ooze seems to be the best in most cases. Clear Body is pretty meh especially for a non-physical attacker.
