Hello everyone!!! Lately I have been playing PKMN Showdown, trying out different teams. I have created a very good team, but my team has a HUGE weakness to Charizards; ESPECIALLY the "Y" variant. Or any pokemon that knows a Fighting Type move. Any suggestions??? Here is my team:

Ability: Levitate
Nature: Modest (+Special Attack -Attack)
EV's: 252 Special Attack 128 Defense 128 Special Defense
- Volt Switch (VoltTurn Combo w/ Scizor, STAB)
- Hydro Pump (STAB)
- Wilo-Wisp (Burn)
- Trick (Latch Choice Scarf onto enemy)

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
Nature: Impish (+ Defense - Special Attack)
EV's: 252 Defense 252 Special Defense 4 HP
- Foul Play (STAB, good against Physical Sweepers)
- Toxic (Badly Poison)
- Heal Bell (Cure team of Status Conditions)
- Moonlight (Heal half of health)

Excadrill @ Focus Sash
Ability: Mold Breaker
Nature: Jolly (+ Speed - Special Attack)
EV's: 252 Attack 252 Speed 4 HP
- Earthquake (Can hit everything but flying types, STAB)
- Iron Head (STAB)
- Rapid Spin (Get rid f Hazards)
- Stealth Rock (Hazard)

Scrafty @ Life Orb
Ability: Moxie
Nature: Adamant (+ Attack - Special Attack)
EV's: 252 Attack 128 Defense 128 Special Defense
- Drain Punch (Heal from Life Orb and while setting up, STAB)
- Crunch (STAB)
- Iron Head (Fairies, those bastards)
- Dragon Dance (Rise Attack and Speed)

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
Nature: Modest (+ Special Attack - Attack)
EV's: 252 Special Attack 252 Speed 4 HP
- Scald (STAB, Burn)
- Dark Pulse (STAB, Flinch Chance)
- Ice Beam (STAB, Freeze Chance)
- Extrasensory (STAB, Flinch Chance)

Well there it is. The first three pokemon I want to keep no matter what, but I will take suggestions on the movesets, items, etc. I definitely want a pokemon that learns Stealth Rock, or any other Hazards.Thanks for any suggestions, it will be a huge help!!!

1. Ok we can try to reduce the fighting weakness a bit...
Excadrill -> Donphan (Takes over as Defense Pokemon from Umbreon, Iron Head -> Stone Edge or Ice Shard)
Greninja: Dark Pulse -> Shadow Sneak (but ONLY if you're afraid of Mach Punch)
(The Forbidden Suggestion) Umbreon -> Sylveon (Gives you a special defense wall; Ability: Pixilate, Moves: Hyper Voice, Toxic, Heal Bell, Wish)
2. I don't really see why you'd have a Char Y problem as long as you can keep the Stealth Rocks up. If you really need to be rid of Char Y, you should probably put in a dedicated Rock-type attack somewhere. Like... HP Rock on Greninja? Weird, but at least it's a one-hit KO and Char Y will never be faster than Greninja.
3. Also, Scald is generally bad on Greninja, IMO you should put in Surf or Hydro Pump instead for more power.
