Overall, this team looks pretty good. Let me give some advice on what you could do to make it better.

Gliscor - Perfect.

Breloom - Now, since you're running Spore, and since you're using a Focus Sash, I would run Drain Punch over Mach Punch to regenerate your health, in case your opponent switches out to something that can OHKO you.

Greninja - I have a Greninja on my team as well, and it's exactly the same, except I have it hold a Life Orb instead of an Expert Belt, since there are still 320 Pokémon that you can't be super effective on.

Rotom-W - Apparently, you EV trained its HP and you're running Pain Split. You could just change the EVs, but if I were you I'd make Rotom-W your lead. Just give it a Choice Scarf and switch Pain Split for Trick, since it traps your foe into using a status move. Considering how neither Gliscor nor any other Pokémon on your team is a very good lead, I'd highly recommend this.

Mega Mawile - You may want to switch Iron Head for Brick Break, since Steel moves aren't very viable competitively and Fighting moves provide more coverage. Keep it if you want the dual STAB.

Haxorus - Looks great, except... is that a Lum Berry? I understand your concerns about burns and paralysis, but Haxorus would do much better with a Weakness Policy or a Life Orb.

So there's my opinion on what you could do. If you have any questions/suggestions, please leave a comment and I'll do my best to get back to you.

Hope I helped!

Rotom-W is mainly on my team to counter Talonflame. I found it hard to counter Talonflame. Should I consider switching Rotom-W for another pokemon to make it my lead, and also I was thinking to switch Haxorus for Weakness Policy Dragonite. And I find it hard to play with Mega-Mawile, he usually dies first on my team xD. Should I consider switching Mega-Mawile for something else that would benefit better to my team?..oh and also sorry for my english
If you want to counter Talonflame, keep Rotom as your lead, since Talonflame is so frail that it'll die after one Hydro Pump.  Plus, many people lead with Talonflame (since it learns U-Turn), and giving Rotom a Choice Scarf will ensure that you can hit it (and probably KO it) before it hits you.

Yes, I'd recommend the switch from Haxorus to Dragonite.

Chances are that if your Mawile keeps dying, it just needs better IVs.  If you're sure this is not the case and you want a replacement, go with Mega Medicham.  It's fast, hits hard, and requires no Swords Dance setup.  Here's a good set:

Mega Medicham @ Medichamite
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Zen Headbutt
- Ice Punch
- Fake Out

Hope I helped!
Updated team:
I did with Rotom-W what you said. I switched Mega-Mawile with Mega-Medicham with that set you recommended, switched Haxorus for Weakness Policy Dragonite, Multiscale, with Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Earthquake and Extreme Speed, and for my last slot (I got tired of Breloom), Togekiss, Leftovers, Serene Grace, with Dazzling Gleam, Thunder Wave, Roost and Air Slash. I hope my team is better than it was, but if you have any more suggestions, please leave a comment :)
Great!  Good luck battling! :)
