Rampardos (M) @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Mold Breaker
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- ThunderPunch
- Fire Punch

Rampardos hits hard. VERY hard. It takes down Flying types with ease. And with Parasect on my team, I want to take down Flying types. I hope to cripple my opponent from the start, making a huge dent in their team before they have time to prepare.

Parasect (F) @ Focus Sash

Trait: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 128 Def / 128 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Spore
- Seed Bomb
- X-Scissor
- Aerial Ace

Parasect comes out, then Spores the foe when they switch in their counter. I can then either switch out to Mantine, Stunfisk, or Heatmor, or I can just hit hard with Seed Bomb and X-Scissor. it does a fair job against Water types, even those with Ice Beam don't want to switch in on Parasect for fear of Seed Bomb. It also takes down Grass types like Maractus, and Simisage is taken down if it switches in on X-Scissor. Aerial Ace might not have the best base power, but it gets the best type coverage with Bug and Grass that Parasect can get. It also takes down other Grass/Bug types.

Stantler (F) @ Life Orb

Trait: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Frustration
- Megahorn
- Earthquake
- Wild Charge

Again, Grass are common in NU. So I can expect Sap Sipper to activate, especially with Stunfisk to bait them out. Then I can hit fairly hard with STAB Frustration and my high powered attacks. 295 Speed also isn't all too low in NU, so Stantler is actually a pretty good sweeper.

Heatmor (M) @ Leftovers/Zoom Lens

Trait: White Smoke
EVs: 136 HP / 132 Def / 108 SAtk / 132 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Stockpile
- Fire Blast/Inferno
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Rock]

Stockpile is there because Heatmor doesn't really have anything else. It gives it 300 in both defenses after one boost, so it does okay. Focus Blast and Hidden Power are pretty much the only Special options available to me, Hidden Power Rock gives me the most coverage. White Smoke as I said before protects me from those Poison types using Clear Smog (Weezing mainly). Heatmor works great for taking down Bug and Grass type foes. I do have one question though. Should I go with Leftovers and Fire Blast or Zoom Lens and Inferno. Fire Blast is more reliable, and Leftovers is the only thing that will heal me. However, that 100% Burn with Inferno can be really nice, and since Heatmor is so slow, I'm not missing out by using Zoom Lens. It also boosts the accuracy of Focus Blast.

Stunfisk (M) @ Leftovers/Smooth Rock

Trait: Static/Sand Veil
EVs: 180 HP / 96 Def / 168 SAtk / 64 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Muddy Water
- Discharge
- Earth Power/Mud Bomb
- Substitute/Sandstorm

Stunfisk is actually pretty bulky. And its moves help that. Muddy Water has a chance to lower the accuracy of the foe and Discharge immobilizes the foe by paralyzing them while also doing STAB damage. Stunfisk can switch in on Electric attacks targetted at Mantine, Poison type attacks on Parasect, Flying type attacks on Parasect, Rock type attacks on Parasect, Heatmor, and Mantine, and Steel attacks on Rampardos (don't think that should be much of a problem. I don't see Metang much). The question I have though is this: First, should I go with the power and reliability of Earth Power or should I give myself another way to lower the foe's accuracy by using Mud Bomb? Then, should I use Substitute or Sandstorm. Substitute allows me to hide behind a 101 HP shield, so that I am protected in case the accuracy drop and paralysis don't manage to stop the foe. Leftovers and Static are used for sure with Substitute. However, Sandstorm with Sand Veil raises my Evasion while also damaging the foe. If I do use Sandstorm, I have to use Sand Veil. The choice between Leftovers and Smooth Rock is still open however. While Smooth Rock increases the duration of Sandstorm, Leftovers is still my only way of healing.

Mantine (F) @ Leftovers

Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 156 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Scald
- Hidden Power [Rock]
- Aqua Ring
- Confuse Ray/Protect

Special Wall! Mantine takes Water hits, Fire hits targetting Parasect, Fighting attacks against Rampardos and Stantler, Ground attacks on Stunfisk and Heatmor, Bug Attacks on Parasect, and Metang Bullet Punches against Rampardos if need be. Scald is used to manage my low defense stat while also doing STAB damage. Aqua Ring provides me with healing and HP Rock with type coverage. However, I was wondering if I should use Confuse Ray, which can stop the foe from attacking while also damaging them, or should I use Protect, which gives me a turn to get Leftovers and Aqua Ring healing and letting the foe get damaged by Burn?

only two
Parasect
Replace spore with agility and adamant with jolly,  as after just 2 agilities, her speed reaches 315.

Heatmor
replace white smoke with flash fire
Two turns to get only 315 Speed which any base 100 can outspeed? No thanks, Parasect would not survive that long, especially in NU. Flying, Poison, and Bug types are very common in NU, Rampardos sees a lot of use, Fire types see a good amount of use, and Vanilluxe also sees good use. As such, Parasect's only hope is to Spore the foe on the switch.

As for Heatmor, Clear Smog is a common move in NU, so I protect my Heatmor from it with White Smoke.
Why do u have Rampardos with Jolly Nature switch it with Adamant
I have it with Jolly so it can actually outspeed foes. Even with a Choice Scarf, if I don't have a Speed boosting nature, I won't be able to outspeed base 100 Speed Pokemon. Besides, I have attack in the 400s even without Adamant.
