For people that don't know, MediocreMons is a new tier on Showdown. The rules are pretty simple; all Pokémon must have all their stats under 100. I made this team last night and the only battle I have lost has been against the guy at the top of the ladder. The big flaw that I can think of is that I need a check or counter to Golbat because I struggle getting past them. Anyway, here's my team.
Fletchinder
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 128 Spe / 128 SpA
Naughty Nature
- Acrobatics
- Swords Dance
- U-turn
- Overheat
Priority abuser. Basically why anyone uses the Talonflame line for anything.
Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Recover
Probably the least useful member of my team, as it isn't really that bulky. Its job is pretty obvious though: just stall things. The problem is it doesn't. I honestly think it needs replacing, preferably with a special wall. I can't really think of any though.
Chatot @ Life Orb
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Modest Nature
- Substitute
- Nasty Plot
- Boomburst
- Chatter
Basically just a fast special sweeper. Chatot is kind of OP in this meta.
Malamar @ Choice Band
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 Atk / 128 HP / 128 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Superpower
- Night Slash
- Aerial Ace
- Psycho Cut
Superpower is all you really need in this but oh well.
Sableye @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 Def / 128 Atk / 128 HP
Impish Nature
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Foul Play
- Recover
This thing is an incredibly good wall in UU, and it works even better in MediocreMons. It has the same job as every other Sableye out there.

Ability: Sniper
EVs: 252 SpA / 128 HP / 128 Spe
Modest Nature
- Flash Cannon
- Dragon Pulse
- Scald
- Ice Beam
Very powerful special sweeper.
So there's my team. I'm mainly asking for a way to get around Golbat and preferably a special wall to replace Quagsire, but anything else that would work will do. Thanks people
