Here is my OU competitive team. I'm looking for move corrections, flaws/imbalances in Pokemon roles, and any suggestions on better Pokemon to use.

Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Aqua Jet
- Waterfall
- Play Rough

This is one of my favorite setup sweepers. After one Belly Drum it can plow through most Pokemon with Aqua Jet and for the bulkier, slower types I added Waterfall and Play Rough for good power STAB coverage.

Heracross-Mega @ Heracronite
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Pin Missile
- Close Combat
- Rock Blast
- Earthquake

I actually really like this mega evolution. The Bug/Fighting dual-typing gives me some great offensive coverage for super effective STABs (Grass, Normal, Psychic, Dark, Steel, Ice, and Rock) and it's 185 base attack makes it pretty easy to deal massive damage. I always love using Skill Link Pokemon because it's just satisfying to watch as I hit them 5 times with Rock Blast, Pin Missile, etc. As for the moves, Rock Blast and Pin Missile take advantage of the Skill Link, Close Combat serves as my Fighting STAB, and Earthquake gives some much needed coverage for Poison and Fire types.

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Dazzling Gleam
- Focus Blast

Gengar is my main Special Sweeper that is also a really reliable revenge killer, most often being subbed in to avenge the fallen on my team. Shadow Ball and Sludge Bomb serve as powerful STABs, and Dazzling Gleam and Focus Blast are for coverage. I'm not sure if I need Dazzling Gleam on there...

Mandibuzz (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 136 Def / 108 SpD / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Foul Play
- Roost
- Taunt
- Defog

Mandibuzz is my utility physical wall. This guy will come in and clear out any entry hazards with defog and is almost always capable of taking the hit waiting for it. With Roost, I can get it back to healthy and allow it to continue to wall for me. Foul Play is obvious, giving it the chance to deal good damage to opposing physical sweepers. And Taunt gives me the option of locking down setup sweepers, baton passers, and even some annoyers.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Lava Plume
- Stealth Rock
- Protect

Heatran is my Special Defense Wall and only source of Fire offense, which is desperately needed in this Steel-dominated OU (it at least seems that way). Will-O-Wisp allows me to cripple physical sweepers and deal consistent damage over time. Lava Plume is the obvious STAB attack. Protect gives me the chance to stall and allow Will-O-Wisp to deal some extra damage, and Stealth Rock is useful to cripple opposing Pokemon like Charizard.

Mamoswine @ Focus Sash
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake
- Icicle Crash

Mamoswine is my favorite Pokemon to lead off with. Stealth Rock can cripple the opponent right off the bat with switches, Ice Shard being an extremely useful priority STAB, Earthquake is obvious, and Icicle Crash is a more powerful alternative to Ice Shard when I know I am going to be faster.

Let me know what I can do to improve! Thanks for your time!

Take out the speed evs on azumarill and put them into Hp. This works well with belly drum so  you can take a hit while using belly drum.
Your team is great but don't use lot of status move.
In all of my team, I nerver use any legendary pokemon.
If you want to challenge me in pokemon Show down, find this name in NEXT room:

Pretty good team overall, just a few things

2 Stealth Rockers? Considering you have Defog as well, I would say the second Stealth Rocks is just a waste of move space. Keep Stealth Rocks on Mamoswine because I too love it as a lead and find it much more effective at putting up Stealth Rocks than Heatran. For Heatran, you could replace Stealth Rocks with Flash Cannon/Earth Power for coverage, Toxic for double status, or possibly even Sleep Talk as I noticed you don't have anything for Spore and Sleep Powder.

Synergy looks good

Gengar seems well however, if you want it more as a reliable revenge killer, what about giving it a Choice Specs/Choice Scarf to hit even harder or make sure you outspeed for a revenge kill

He actually has a Spore/Sleep Powder absorber in Mandibuzz, as the ability Overcoat prevents powder and spore based moves from working on the pokemon.

So any Spore (breloom, Smeargle) or Sleep Powder (MVenusaur) are just free switch ins for Mandibuzz.
