If you want to make this a sun team, then you should drop either iron head or poison jab for fire blast since the double fairy coverage isn't really needed, Also consider making this a scarfchomp

Sylveon
Change the ev spread to 252Hp /252 SAtk / 4 SDef, giving it full HP investment lets it take both physical and special attacks relatively well. Drop hyper beam for hyper voice since it is still extremely powerful and does not require recharge. Also, drop double team for calm mind and moonblast for wish

Dragonite
King's rock isn't very useful on dragonite. Weakness policy will be a better use of an item slot. Outrage is an option over dragon claw, but it comes down to personal preference. Drop stone edge for extremespeed and brick break for earthquake. It's best to give dragonite 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP since multiscale makes it relatively bulky already

Milotic
Fine, good set

Charizard
Good set, but it could use a flying STAB (like air slash)

Salamence
Salamence is not very bulky on the physical side, so drop the rocky helmet for a choice scarf or a life orb. You can make it a full on physical attacker, but making it a mixmence would allow it to utilize fire blast in the sun. If you do make it a mixed attacker, give it 24 Atk / 232 SAtk / 252 speed with a naive nature. Drop steel wing for earthquake and giga impact for draco meteor.

Hope i was able to help
(And remember, these suggestions are all opinionated ;)

Hmm, but I have a lot of special attack on the team anyways so I really didn't need to even the Salamence out. I like having a strong and fast Attacker, also since I know tournaments are usually played in double battles, I'm not the biggest fan of using Earth quake on multiple Pokémon, but I might end up teaching the Salamence and Dragonite Earthquake anyways. Thank you for your opinions.  Also, I may end up dropping either Dragonite or Salamence, for a Cloyster or a Metagross.

Ok to start off, you have a massive weakness to ice. You have 3 pokemon with a x4 weakness ice and only 1 pokemon with a resistance to it. I would recommend switching out Dragonite for a pokemon with a resistance to ice. I would recommend a cloyster as you have no setup sweepers. Now I will go 1 by 1 through your team + Cloyster (just because I'm bored)

Garchomp

This is a very powerful mega pokemon. He has the base stat of an arceus when in his mega form, but he has a few crippling factors.

  1. His speed goes down in his mega form. He doesn't have much speed to spare and he loses some when he mega evolves.
  2. Too many weaknesses. A x4 weakness to ice and a x2 weakness to both fairy and dragon can make him useless.
  3. He gains a pretty much worthless ability when he mega evolves. Pared with tyranitar on a sand team it can work well, but it takes a turn to set it up if he is by himself and isn't worth it then. While other mega's get uber abilities (speed boost, skill link, shadow tag) he is stuck with a crappy one.
Now your Garchomp has a nice coverage moveset and a good ev spread so I wouldn't change anything. I'm just saying the biggest problems with all your pokemon. I would keep Garchomp the same.

Sylveon

What are you trying to do with it? Double team really can't be used competitively because it takes too long to set up. I like the hyper beam, pixilate, pixie plate combo. It would make it's base power 252, but can't attack next turn. I would get rid of double team and replace it with Calm mind. It is a better set up move than double team. Other than that Sylveon is good!

Dragonite

Inner focus over multiscale? Multiscale is worth the work! Here is how I would make a dragonite look:
Dragonite @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Aqua Jet
- Stone Edge
- Dragon Claw
This allows you to be hit by a super effective move and most likely live while you use a dragon dance to increase speed and attack and be able to sweep!

Milotic

I honestly don't like milotic for competitive play. If your gonna use it then it looks ok, but I would replace it for talonflame! Here is how talonflame works:
Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Facade
Pretty simple, just brave bird! You have 270 base power with 100 accuracy and +1 priority! Not much can live through 1 hit of that!

Charizard

I usually don't bring 2 mega's into 1 team, but Charizard is a pretty cool pokemon. It does have a x4 rock weakness, but not many pokemon carry a rock type move. I don't think I would change anything!

Salamence

I've been using a salamence for 3 years now and this is the best set:
Salamence @ Assault Vest
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Fly
- Outrage
Now Outrage is a tough move to get, so if you can't get it then replace it with Steel Wing (to take care of fairies)

Cloyster

Cloyster @ White Herb
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Shell Smash
- Ice Shard
- Icicle Spear
- Razor Shell
1 turn to set up then you have a sweeper. That simple!

Sorry if I sound mean, but I want you to realize the weaknesses in these pokemon. Hope this helps you!

What????
why was this downvoted? he *is* telling the truth
Hmmm thank you so much for telling me, I mean I already knew the ice weaknesses. Also, I'm not the biggest fan of Bird Type Pokémon, but I do have a few extra Pokémon made like a Metagross, and a Tyrannitar. But,  I do like  the Cloyster you suggested, I might end up using that. I just don't think I want to give up all my hard work making that Milotic.
