The purpose of this team is to wear down the opponent's team slowly, letting the damage collect up, Skarmory's Spikes help with this immensely.
I don't like to have all bulky and slow Pokemon though, so I have Talonflame and Manectric for the speed and power, they can clean up once the opponents team has been weakened.
As you can see, four out of five Pokemon are immune to ground type moves on this team, so I found Manectric a perfect fit to this team. Rotom-W is mostly to cover Gliscor's Ice and Water weakness, and also to check Talonflame. Skarmory is just a nice Pokemon to have on any team, and his role is largely Spikes on this team.
Talonflame is a late game sweeper, and can deal some serious damage early game too if necessary.
Conkeldurr is a nice member of the team, and I haven't used him in a while, so I thought I'd like to see him in action again, he is a great help countering Pokemon such as Tyranitar.
The set I am using for this Gliscor is my favourite one, and I have had a lot of success with it, and it completely trolls anyone who is unprepared, and even people who are.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Overheat > Flamethrower on Manectric. You won't be staying in that long most of the time.
run 112 Speed on Gliscor, full HP and the rest in Defense.
Nice team!
don't run any more than 244 HP, as that is the perfect 12% poison heal recovery, meaning you're at full hp after 1 sr switch in.
