I didn't oversee a lot of this, but I'd just like to say quickly typing-wise you Ice types hurt you.
You might want to go with EQ > HP Fighting on Latios to function as a Heatran Lure, as it does much better damage to it. Or Roost. Also consider switching Latios to Latias for the Bulk factor, and Healing Wish could be a good card to play to try give Hawlucha another shot at sweeping.

ok, I'll look into the switching out HP fighting, everything (except steel) that it hits super effectively either psyshock or draco meteor can hit it just as hard or harder. (in my personal experience)

Relaxed>Impish on Ferrothorn, so gyro ball is more powerful.
