So I've been playing around with a new balanced team centered around Megazard X in Showdown in the new ORAS meta, and this team is currently 25-5. It has yet to reach it's full potential, but with all the Mega Swamperts running around, I've noticed a definite weakness in countering rain teams. Mega Crobro is also quite hard to put down and can set up in my face. However, I also can't figure out which mon is a weak link worth replacing. Would love any input!

Here is the team:
Garchomp @ Focus Sash
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Fire Blast

Not always my lead but generally my rocks setter. Sash has usually come in clutch when countering set up sweepers and other threats. Moves are pretty standard with fire blast there for when Ferrothorn or Skarm try to switch in on him.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 20 Atk / 236 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Gunk Shot
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse

Main Revenge Killer with a pretty typical set. Surf and Ice Beam are standard while Dark Pulse is my only answer to Mega Slowbro. Gunk Shot for the fairies (also a 2-3HKO on Chanseys). 20EVs in Attack to pretty much guarantee OHKO on Azumarill.

Azumarill @ Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Waterfall
- Play Rough
- Knock Off

Bulky standard Azumarill which can eat up even super effective sludge bombs and volt switches decently. Got some nice synergy with Charizard X and maintains physical pressure on enemies.

Scizor @ Shed Shell
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Defog
- Roost

My main physical wall and defogger. Shed shell to escape the Magnezones running rampant in OU. Roost gives some nice recovery and U-turn to gather some momentum. BP is useful for getting some more priority even if it doesn't hit that hard, although Knock Off may be more useful for utility.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Pain Split
- Will-O-Wisp

Rotom-Washy as the special wall. Nice synergy with Scizor as they cover each other's weaknesses pretty well and create a nice volt turn core. Levitate is pretty crucial in preventing scarf-Lando from hurting Charizard X.

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake

Star of the show, Mega Charizard X can set up pretty easily on basically any defensive mons and proceed to sweep. Instead of a more wallbreaking set with Flare Blitz and Outrage, I opted for a more conservative Dragon Claw, Fire Punch set, which increases longevity, something pretty important in keeping a sweep alive. Earthquake is there to knock out Heatran and Magnezones.

That's the team! I generally do pretty well against most of the metagame, though I really do struggle against Bulk Water Types despite having three water types in my team. Please help! Thank you!

Replace one of your Water types with magnezone. He has great typing and is super effective against water types, common on rain teams.
This Set sould fix you problem:
Magnezone@Life Orb
Trait:Analytic
EVs:252 Spd, 252 Sp.A, 4 HP
Nature:Modest (+Sp.A -Atk )
-Thunder (100% accurate in rain, use there advantage against them)
-Hidden Power:Grass (Swampert being 4x weak to grass=KO)
-Iron Head (coverage)
-Mirror Coat (reflect Hydro Pump in there face)

Analytic deals with faster foes and life Orb helps killing of pokemon quicker. It has the speed to outspeed Mega Swampert (with no speed EVs).This set will really troll rain teams.

20 Atk Greninja Gunk Shot vs 0 HP / 0 Def Azumarill:204-240 ( 59.8-70.3%) guaranteed 2HKO

20 Atk Greninja Gunk Shot vs 252 HP / 4 Def Azumarill:204-240 ( 50.4-59.8%) guaranteed 2HKO

just checking, yea, you will sweep the floor with Aumarill
You forgot protean on the Greninja. Gunk shot does 87-112% roughly on max hp azu.
i'm sorry, but your suggestion makes 0 sense. the problem with rain teams is mega swampert's swift swim boost. nobody is running 0 speed mega swampert in that case. flash cannon is significantly better than iron head given magnezone's far superior special attack. magic coat is useless, as no water types is staying in on a magnezone. moreover, magnezone isn't gonna be living any hits for long at all
