Keep in mind I use many messed up strategies and there MAY be some in this but they work. Also I do not like stalling. Just not my thing.

Here it is:

Raichu @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Static
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Modest Nature
- Focus Blast
- Discharge
- Grass Knot
- Rock Smash

Yep. But keep in mind what you read above. But goes well with the Pokemon below. And mainly meant to serve as a Discharger.

Sceptile @ Sceptilite
Ability: Overgrow ---> Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Protect
- Dragon Pulse
- Focus Blast

To be paired up with Raichu. These two lead and if the opposing Pokemon is a fast ground type unfortunately I can't get that sp.atk boost. Mostly works well though. I chose Giga Drain over Leaf Storm as I really hate that move.

Flygon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Superpower
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

This thing is a friggin powerhouse. It can sweep even if the opponent lets his/hers guard down even for a turn. Mainly here because I absolutely love this thing.
___

Breloom @ Focus Sash
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Spore
- Swords Dance
- Mach Punch
- Seed Bomb

This thing... just so good, so overpowered. And I have been using it for 9 years.
Nothing else to say.

Rhyperior @ Assault Vest
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang

Filler. And a pretty good tank as well. Works well when paired with Flygon or Swellow because Earthquake doesn't hit them. I used this thing in X/Y and it succeeded. Will it in ORAS? I don't know because I have not used it much.

Swellow @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Lonely Nature
- Brave Bird
- Protect
- Steel Wing
- Facade

I love this thing! :'D Such a strong Pokemon! Lonley because this thing can't take a hit. I really love this thing because it's fast and can sweep.

So rate my team please? Really need help here. I feel it still needs a heck lot of improvement.

I'll try and rate this in a little while.
252 /252 EV spreads are redundant in Doubles
why put lonely on swellow? its made as a frail sweeper, not to be bulky
lonely is -def and +atk
There are a lot of potential threats, and not all your Pokémon play the right role. If you want that Sceptile Lightningrod strategy, replace Raichu with Manectric. Swellow is very weak, if you want a flying type use Talonflame, it's a much better sweeper. Breloom I love, but I'd have to use the uber-heal strategy which is Leech Seed Substitute Focus Punch and Drain Punch(it's meant for Doubles) The Rhyperior is pretty good, threats are Gyarados and Azumarrill. Flygon is SO GOOD I love it. Overall I think your team is OK.
