Okay, I'll be going over each member one by one.

Beedrill
This set looks pretty solid, but fell stinger is hardly viable in UU. I highly recommend replacing this with either X-Scissor or U-Turn. Other than that, it's a good set.

Galvantula
The set is good, but Galvantula is hardly a sweeper. Also, if this team was built around sticky web, then you don't need so many speedy mons.

Forretress
Too many hazards. It's just a matter of opinion as to which hazards you want to keep. Also, this guy is total taunt bait. I recommend switching out either spikes or toxic spikes (it depends on what you think) for volt switch, so you can predict an incoming taunt and Volt Switch out.

Celebi
A good set, but I really am not sure about those evs. If this set works for you, then I recommend you keep it.

Entei
The set is good, but return should definitely be replaced with Stone Edge. Other than that, great set.

Flygon
Flygon just seems like a waste of a member. This team lacks special attackers, and it needs to drop one of its physical attackers. If having a ground immunity is that important to you, then you should take off Entei. Either way, you should replace either Entei or Flygon for a special attacker. If you get rid of Entei, I recommend adding a specs Rotom-Heat. If you get rid of Flygon, I recommend either Porygon2 or Porygon-Z. It just depends on if you want more bulk (Porygon2) or more power that can take advantage of sticky web, without needing a scarf (Porygon-Z).
