Groudon @ Choice Band

Trait: Drought

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)

  • Earthquake
  • Dragon Claw
  • Stone Edge
  • Fire Punch

Choice banded Groudon really packs a punch.
Earthquake demolishes whatever dares come in on it that doesn't resist or is immune to it.
Dragon Claw hits dragons safely for good damage, but has good neutral coverage.
Stone Edge mainly hits flying types such as the problematic Lugia and Ho-Oh.
Fire Punch gets a boost from Groudon's ability Drought and also roasts Ferrothorn and the likes and has a 25% of OHKOing 252 HP 232 Def Impish Skarmory after Stealth Rock which is the standard physical defensive set on Smogon.

Ho-Oh @ Leftovers

Trait: Pressure

EVs: 192 HP / 240 Atk / 76 SpD

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)

  • Sacred Fire
  • Brave Bird
  • Recover
  • Substitute

Sacred Fire does massive damage to anything that doesn't resist it and has a very nice 50% chance of burning the opponent which is nifty.
Brave Bird is the other STAB moves and is used where Sacred Fire doesn't do the job.
Recover hightens Ho-Oh's longevity and can stall out some things one of them being Dracos.
Substitute avoids status and eases up the prediction.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Sturdy

EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD

Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)

  • Toxic Spikes
  • Rapid Spin
  • Stealth Rock
  • Volt Switch

Toxic Spikes is effective in uber as not much is immune to it and Tentacruel doesn't come to ruin Forretress's work.
Rapid spin helps out the team in general a lot especially Ho-Oh since it takes massive damage from it when switching it.
Stealth Rock is chosen over Spikes since Groudon is banded and I don't want to but SR on if at least for now and it helps land KOs.
And if you think Forretress on a sun team is questionable.
Well, Forretress doesn't exactly have Flash Fire anyway.

Arceus-Grass @ Meadow Plate

Trait: Multitype

EVs: 252 HP / 144 SpD / 112 Spe

Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)

  • Recover
  • Grass Knot
  • Ice Beam
  • Thunder Wave

I used to run Timid, but just tried Calm and it worked a lot better.
Recover hightens Arceus's longevity again and can also be used to scout.
Grass Knot is chosen over Judgement because the general harder hitting power in Ubers and has a nice 43,75 of OHKOing the standard 4 HP Kyogre after SR.
Ice Beam is used to hit dragons but trying to damage multiscale roost/recover Lugia is hopeless.
Thunder Wave helps spread paralyze status around the opponents team and helps the team.

Giratina-O @ Griseous Orb

Trait: Levitate

EVs: 248 Atk / 252 SpA / 8 Spe

Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SpD)

  • Draco Meteor
  • Shadow Sneak
  • Dragon Tail
  • Hidden Power Fire

Draco Meteor is Giratina's strongest attack and does very good damage to anything that doesn't resist it.
Shadow Sneak is priority and is good for finishing off things and actually has a nice base power of 80 with STAB and the Griseous Orb.
Dragon Tail shuffles around the hazards and can also be used if I predict a switch.
Hidden Power Fire fufilles or however the **** the word is spelled Giratina's spinblocking role and finishes off opposing Forretress.

Zekrom @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Teravolt

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)

  • Bolt Strike
  • Outrage
  • Dragon Claw
  • Volt Switch

Bolt Strike KOes Kyogre and is a very powerful attack outside of that.
Outrage is the other STAB hitting opposing dragons for super effective damage if it isn't a Dialga or something.
Dragon Claw can be used if locking itself into Outrage is a bad idea.
Volt Switch can keep or give offensive momentum and can be useful for scouting.

Extreme Killer Arceus as well as SD speed boost Blaziken has caused some problems to the team.
Please feel free to comment or answer with any ideas you have or questions about the team (in the comments).
Thanks

How'd you get the scroll bar?
One of Giratinas tentacles is a little bit too long so it automatically came there.
