Sceptile @ Focus Sash
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Leaf Blade
- Aerial Ace

This time I've gone with a physical Sceptile. I know that its Attack Stats is somewhat mediocre compared to its Special Attack Stat, but with the Sword Dance Boost he does become a great threat to those who don't resist his moves. STAB Leaf Blade can quickly destroy Pokemon that are weak to Grass. Earthquake is an awesome coverage move, dealing with quite few of his weaknesses, as well as solid power and reliability. Aerial Ace over Acrobatics for now as Unburden is not his ability. It will hit even if Scpetile's accuracy is lowered.

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Calm Nature
- Roost
- Dragon Pulse
- Thunderbolt
- Psyshock

This Latias is a bulky Special Attacker. Roost is there for healing, STAB Dragon Pulse is reliable and has good Power. Thunderbolt is there to rid of Flying and Water types and Psyshock as STAB and to deal with Fighting and Poison Types which can be dangerous to the team
I am , however, wanting to maybe switch her out with a Different Pokemon as I know that Ice types can easily take down most my team. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Outrage
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

He's one of my favorite Pokemon so I decided to use him :D
Anyway, Outrage is there for raw power although I'm slighty worried about getting trolled by a Fairy. In that case I can always swap it to Dragon Claw. Iron Head is...bye bye fairies and Ice types. EQ is STAB and to get rid of steel types, its also reliable and has good power.
Stone Edge is to counter Pokemon like, Charizard and Talonflame as well as other Pokes

Sylveon @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Echoed Voice
- Calm Mind

Sylveon takes on a similar role to Latias, but a little more defensive. Moonblast is STAB and to obliterate Dragon Types. Wish is for healing and it is a lifesaver in a tight situation. Echoed Voice is for Pixilate and reaches high power. Calm Mind is to boost both Sylveon's excelling Stats. I do realise that Sylveon can be walled easily by Steel Types , so any suggestions will be great !

Vaporeon
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Wish
- Protect

Meet Vaporeon. He's the water type version of Sylveon. Bulky with a SpA stat to be reckoned with. Surf is STAB, good Power and accuracy although if needed I am always happy to switch out with Scald. Ice Beam is for coverage against grass, although he's a very easy victim for physical electric moves. Wish is there for healing and Protect to protect Vaporeon while Wish takes affect.

Now, as for my last Pokemon I'm not sure what to use.

I'm edging towards Arcanine. But if there is another better substitute, then please suggest.
Thanks. :)

I'm gonna try and answer this (I think I have time), but first a few questions: What is Sylveon's Hidden Power? Do you want a Mega? What role is Arcanine filling, specifically?
Pffft its obviously amazing, it has Vaporeon! xD :P

This team won't require many changes. It's fundamentally good, and on,y has a few worries. I'll try to keep in mind that this is for WiFi, so you have to catch/breed/trade for any Pokémon on the team. Changes are in bold.

Sceptile

image
Sceptile@ Focus Sash
Ability: Overgrow/Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
- Leaf Blade
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Drain Punch/Rock Slide

I like the Physical approach to Sceptile, he has such an overlooked Physical movepool. Anyways, I know you probably don't have access to Unburden, but if you do then definitely choose that over Overgrow. The Speed boost may just be the deciding factor in Sceptile's KO of the opponent or the opponent's KO of Sceptile. The only other change I made was to Acrobatics; it wasn't covering much. Instead, try replaxing it with either Drain Punch for recovery or Rock Slide to revenge-kill Talonflame, whom your team suffers from.

Latias

image
Latias@ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 232 SpA / 252 Spe / 24 HP
- Roost
- Dragon Pulse
- Psyshock
- Thunderbolt

My changes to Latias are simple: less bulk, more sweep. EVs were altered to better suit that playstyle, and even without the HP EVs Latias still has plenty of natural bulk. No moveset changes.

Garchomp

image
Garchomp@ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly/Naïve Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Iron Head/Fire Blast

Scarfchomp is a beast. With an already crazy base 102 Speed as well as devastating STABs, this 'Mon is a force to be reckoned with (or 'wreckoned with'). My suggestion is to run a mixed set, replacing Iron Head with Fire Blast. However, since most Fairies have pitiful Defence, Iron Head should work just fine.

Sylveon

image
Sylveon@ Pixie Plate
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SDef
- Hyper Voice
- Wish
- Protect
- Hidden Power [Ground]/Hidden Power [Fire]/Toxic

I had to choose between Sylveon and Vaporeon for who got Leftovers, and I thought that Vaporeon needed it more. Other than that, the only thing that needs changing is the moveset. Hyper Voice > Moonblast > Echoed Voice, once factoring STAB and Pixilaite boost. Also, if your Sylveon's Hidden Power is Ground or Fire, choose that to take care of nasty Steels and Ice-types, respectively. If you have neither Hidden Power then choose Toxic, as status is always a nice thing to have.

Vaporeon

image
Vaporeon@ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
- Ice Beam
- Scald
- Wish
- Protect

Two Wish users? Alright. Vaporeon gets Lefties for obvious reasons. The only change here is Scald > Surf for the Burn chance. A Bold nature makes Vaporeon more bulky.

Mega Blaziken

image
Blaziken@ Blazikenite
Ability: Blaze > Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Jolly/Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- High Jump Kick
- Protect
- Earthquake/Thunder Punch/Brave Bird

You asked if there was a suitable replacement for Arcanine, and here it is. An absolute monster in any battle format, Mega Blaziken brings some oomph to your team. Protect on the first turn when you Mega Evolve to nab the Speed Boost, then wreck everything with Flare Blitz and HJK. This is where your two Wish passers come in handy, as Mega Blaziken accumulates a lot of recoil. In the final slot, Earthquake provides additional coverage, Thunder Punch covers Water (but Vaporeon is the best counter for those) and Flying, but lacks power. Brave Bird is for if you want to go full suicide spam, but don't expect to last very long. If you're having trouble getting a Torchic, just breed a Treecko, put it on the GTS and ask for Torchic.
