Metagross - Grass knot to hammer arm, you have starmie, delphox and exeggutor that cover ground, Hammer arm gives you one more strength to dark because all but one of your pokemon are weak to dark.

Exeggutor - Chlorophyll to Harvest, nothing on your team has sunny day to double your speed - Life orb to petaya/sitrus berry, with the petaya berry, you raise your sp.a when you are under 26% of your hp, so if your keep harvesting and keep eating, you could possibly have +6 as soon as you drop to 25%/ with the sirtrus berry, you can heal a lot of hp because of harvest - Solarbeam - energy ball, this is a two turn move without the strong sunlight, because no one sets the sun up and people can quickly switch when they see what move your using.

Starmie - Hydro pump to scald, hydro pump can only be used 5 times, has no additional effect and tends to miss with 80 accuracy, scald has 15 uses, has a 30% chance to burn and has 100 accuracy. This is a decision of High power and low accuracy or less power high accuracy and a chance to burn

The Starmie should keep Hydro Pump since it is not going defensive. The burn chance is not worth the power drop when you're going for offensive life orb. For Exeggutor, Petaya isn't very viable because triggering it involves losing a lot of HP thereby becoming weak to revenge kill. Sitrus can keep you healthy and alive, which is much better.
