Ohhhh kay, I'm gonna try rating this :D.

Your team looks great overall, but there are a few fatal flaws in it. Several of your pokemon are decent on here, but they mostly suffer from having the wrong sets. Also, two Intimidate users may have been good earlier, but this time around Competitive Milotics and Defiant Bisharps have invaded VGC. They are pretty much everywhere, so Intimidate itself has become a gamble. This is why I felt the urge to replace two of your pokemon for better ones... as you will see when you read on.

Your team is also quite weak to Sylveon (and somewhat Landorus-Therian), another pokemon that has gained tremendous popularity since it regained access to it's Pixilated Hyper Voice. However, it was a great idea on your part to include Wide Guard onto your team, so kudos to you :)
Lastly, you get infinitely walled by Milotic, which, with it's monstrous Special Defense can tank whatever most of your team throws at it and with Competitive take advantage of your Intimidate-users.

Let's move on to see the changes I've made (or tried to make):

1 Manectric:

Right, so the first correction here could be switching out Static for Lightning Rod, for the obvious reason that you want the special attack boost whenever possible. Also, it attracts all Electric attacks to itself and saves the teammate from any damage, while feasting on a boost.
Another thing is that you switch out Volt Switch for Hidden Power Ice, because in VGC switching is fairly uncommon and, having Thunderbolt, it's preferable to take on more coverage.

You could also change from your current spread to this spread, to live Landorus-Therian and Bisharp better: 28 HP / 8 Def / 244 SAtk / 4 SDef / 224 Speed
This is optional however, it's entirely your discretion.
This season though, Manectric is the poor man's Raikou, which not only boasts better Defenses but also doesn't take a Mega slot; and benefiting from being able to hold an item.

2 Aegislash:

This looks fairly good all round. The only changes I could suggest here is to switch out Lum Berry for Sitrus Berry, as I personally feel that being a tank, Aegislash needs some reliable recovery. But that could be just me.

3 Milotic:

Milotic is an awesome pokemon to have. In all honesty, that thing is probably the best Intimidate counter out there. But you don't run it the way it's meant to be run, using a Marvel Scale variant instead of Competitive. Although it does have it's perks, that set is somewhat outdated and a Competitive variant should be run instead.
Also, it's a good idea to change Haze, as that it would also negate the boost you get from Competitive. Try switching it out for Protect. As a nice side choice, you could also put Icy Wind instead of Ice Beam, the speed drop on both opponents is too good to pass up.

4 Meowstic-M:

I'm not quite sure why someone would run Meowstic-F at all. It has exactly the same stats as it's male counterpart, but the latter has Prankster, which makes all the difference. Consider running the same set with Meowstic-M instead, and beware of Taunt (Thundurus in particular) while at it.
However, if you want to, you could also switch him out for Cresselia, a more staple Psychic type that can set up screens more reliably without fainting first.

5 ---> 6 Salamence:

Salamence @ Salamenceite
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Substitute
- Return
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast

It's probably for the better that I'm scrapping Scrafty for a Mega Salamence. Scrafty, to be honest, didn't add much coverage to the team. More concisely, it being a second Intimidate user and being so weak to Sylveon and Gardevoir. Salamence is no better, however it does have a lot more power than Scrafty (and is arguably bulkier on the physical side) and once behind a Substitute, can wreck entire teams if left unchecked.
It gives you the offensive might on the physical side that your team lacked as well.

7 ---> 8 Sylveon:

Sylveon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 56 HP / 200 Def / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Protect
- Hidden Power Ground
- Psyshock

Lastly, Rotom-Wash was simply not meant for this team. It, on a standalone, is undoubtedly one of the best pokemon to have ever stepped in competitive. But it's role on this team is a bit redundant. Your team is not very afraid of physical attackers if you ask me, and whatever offensive and defensive pressure it can put Milotic and Manectric can as well, only better.
So I decided to replace him with a Fairy type; to complete the Fantasy Core I secretly worked on (Fantasy Core: A core of three pokemon - a Dragon, Steel and Fairy type). By means of elimination, I fell on Sylveon, which is hands down one of the most common Fairy type in this meta. It provides good offensive pressure, and benefits from Meowstic's Reflect.

So, that was it for my try at correcting your team. Hopefully you've liked it, and more importantly hope it was helpful in any way :).

Just some points:

1) You say that Manectric is "a poor man's Raikou", even thoug hit is relatively easy to ge tin-game. Then you suggest Cresselia, who is nigh impossible to get unless you have friends in high places.

2) You're missing an ability for Salamence, although I assume you mean Intimidate.

The rest is great, nice presentation. +1
Yeah, because of your aforementioned points I haven't added them as directly as Salamence and Sylveon, but more like good side choices one should consider. Who knows he could have those resources, in which cases it's a good idea to utilize them.
And yes, I meant Intimidate in most cases, but Moxie works too if you want to curb the number of Intimidators you have.

And thanks :D
You welcome :) And having Intimidate on Mence is fine because you can't have both him and M-Manectric.
...actually it isn't. I've seen just how much a team can be driven into a corner with two Intimidators, afraid to come out of their hidey-holes because they will set off Competitive or Defiant. By having to two mega intimidators (which means it's either one of them on the team 24/7) you will almost guarantee yourself with an Intimidator on your pack of four. Which can be horrifying sometimes. That's my personal experience anyways, I dunno it's real extent.
