My plan is to have Smeargle use Spore, then DD and Cosmic Power. I then switch to either Salamence or Metagross, depending on what my opponent's poke is. If Salamence or Metagross faints, I will go to Blissey, use Wish, switch to Smeargle, and start the whole process over again. Skarmory is there for the SkarmBliss combo, and Cloyster is my sub-breaker.

Any thoughts?

Nice team! Just a few things to note.

Smeargle

I would like to make a note, that Focus Sash will only work once. Meaning after it breaks, even if Bliss gives him a wish... Well, he's in for a OKHKO.

Next, there is a move called Gear Shift. Smeargle gets it, even though otherwise it's a Klingklang exclusive. It gives +2 speed and +1 attack, which is better then Dragon dance.

And in the place of Cosmic Power, substitute would do you more good. Considering the fact that 2 moves take a while to set up and if you're opponent wakes up early... you're screwed. ( Excluding sash )

Salamence

In the place of Crunch, Roost is a valid option. Considering the fact that even though Mence isn't very bulky, healing off damage is nice, and Crunch isn't giving that great of coverage here.

Metagross

Bullet Punch's priority is nice, but with Gear Shift being passed you probably aren't going to be looking into priority. Zen Headbutt is a valid option, although what you've got isn't half bad.

Skarmbliss

Looks fine.
