Descriptions!

Amoonguss

Spreads spores everywhere and often leads with gyarados. Gyarados "buffs" amoonguss's defence with intimidate and rage powder allows gyarados to set up dragon dance. Usually does it's job well before fainting but I feel he has trouble tanking SE moves, especially special ones. It would be nice if someone suggested another EV spread for me.

Mega kangaskhan

If by any chance amoonguss fails to do it's job. Mega kangaskhan gives gyarados more chances to dragon dance using fake out. If I predict a switch, I power-up punch to get a free +2 attack boost. Standard set execpt for...no protect! I didn't want to waste a slot for protect when I could have much more useful moves instead.

Thundurus

252 SpA Life Orb Latios Draco Meteor vs. 192 HP / 220 SpD Thundurus: 136-161 (76.4 - 90.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

112 SpA Suicune Ice Beam vs. 192 HP / 220 SpD Thundurus: 68-80 (38.2 - 44.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252+ Atk Life Orb Mamoswine Rock Slide vs. 192 HP / 0 Def Thundurus: 164-195 (92.1 - 109.5%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO(but still.)
If I'm going to continue this, it's going to take forever. The point is this thundurus can wall lots of key threats in VGC and help the team with prankster taunt and thunder wave. It also goes before other thundurus with 16 speed EV.

Aegislash

Trick room counter. Wide guard protects thundurus and gyarados from rock slides and leaves garchomps with the standard moveset useless. (Protect, Earthquake, Rock Slide and Dragon Claw.) Also protects amoongus from mega charizard Y's deadly heat wave, then counter back with spore. Weakness policy was chosen because [insert professional explanation here.] Because...because...of... the... item... cl-clause. Sitrus berry? Taken. Leftovers? Taken. All I had left was weakness policy so that was what I went for. Don't laugh, it came it very useful and I love it.

Gyarados

Survives timid latios draco meteor 100% of the time.
252+ SpA Choice Specs Hydreigon Draco Meteor vs. 164 HP / 76 SpD Gyarados: 165-195 (86.3 - 102%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO and this.

standard set. Wacan berry for electric.

Garchomp

Bulky Garchomp? That's right! This thing is so good with a bulky set and rough skin+rocky helmet. EV spread designed to survive mega manectric's hidden power Ice 100% of the time. Standard moveset with enough EVs to deal respectable damage. He's even got max speed!

This team's like a deja vu from VGC 14, and it might still be quite functional (to an extent). You have bad bad Ice weakness which you'll have to work around, though, seeing that HP Ice is such a popular choice.
