STAB Double Hit, attack raising powerup punch, aerial ace coverage, and free turn/taunt. Speed raising nature, and four moves is better than two.

Swellow should have Toxic Orb because it switches out more often. Generally, Toxic Orb does less damage in three turns than what Flame Orb does, which is important for sweepers that switch out often. Flame Orb is used on set-up sweepers, such as Conkeldurr. This is mainly because Flame Orb does less damage than Toxic Orb after 4 turns.

The reason why he has 2 moves on Ambipom is because Fake Out gets priority and Flinch. Once he uses it, he can use Last Resort, which is a powerful move when all moves have been used. I guess its gimmicky, so that suggestion is okay.

I think there are better Pokemon choices on a Normal mono-type team. For example, Staraptor > Swellow and PorygonZ and Milktank (which provides Stealth Rock support, so Chansey can have a free moveslot). These are just some options that you can use.

What they said, the Pokemon you chose are inferior to the other options that Mono Normal has. Like Bouffalant? Really?  All Guts abuse Mons? Your team gets eassilllyy worn down. Also, you have a choice of 2 amazing Megas, yet you use none of them. This team needs a makeover for sure, no offense. I suggest using: http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/monotype-viability-rankings-see-post-1118-before-reserving.3517737/ to see what Pokemon are good in the Monotype tier before making another team with lower tier Mons.
Use guts on urasing, not so many things that are crippled if they don't hold an orb cus of knock off, and of course use exploud or mega-lopunny or diggersby or whelks or m-pidgeot so pls also don't just use physical attackers so use at least exploud or heliosk and use mega-lop
