This is my first VGC team. I'm very new to this type of battling, and I'm missing a ton of things. Any thing to say about this team, even if it's 'THIS SUCKS' is welcome.
So now let's look at the team itself.

Metagross
Metagross @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body
Level: 50
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Iron Head
- Protect
- Substitute
- Zen Headbutt
This is my main Mega. I will often pair it with Clefable or Scrafty, for redirection or protection (respectively). Clear Body is very useful to avoid the Attack drop, and it may even be useful to hold off Mega-evolving until it's safe.

Mienshao
Scrafty @ Assault Vest
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 164 Atk / 92 SpD
Careful Nature
- Fake Out
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- Super Fang
Scrafty turns out to be a better teammate than Mienshao. It does everything Mienshao does (save Wide Guard and Quick Guard) and more (Intimidate). Taunt is to shut down TR users before they can set it up, also eliminating Protect and Substitute as choices.

Clefable
Clefable (F) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Magic Guard
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 108 Def / 20 SpA / 128 SpD
Bold Nature
- Protect
- Follow Me
- Icy Wind
- Heal Pulse/Helping Hand
Clefable serves as a redirector when needed for Metagross. Sometimes, if they just double-target me anyways, Protect is there (as always). Icy Wind is speed control and Heal Pulse is to make sure my temamates survive.

Rotom
Rotom-Wash @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 80 SpA / 44 SpD / 132 Spe
Calm Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Protect
Bulky support. Will o Wisp is there to cripple physical attackers, and Sp. A EVs to give it a more offensive presence. Also, Speed EVs allow it to outspeed a few physical attackers and burn 'em while I'm still in.

Charizard
Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Blaze
Level: 50
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Heat Wave
- Solar Beam
- Overheat
- Protect
Two Megas? Why? This is because, looking at the opposing team's preview, I can determine which Mega Pokemon would be of more use to me. But I'm probably just explaining stuff you guys already know ._.
I like to pair this guy up with Mamoswine. Charizard + Mamoswine is a very good combination because of a few things. Charizard resists many of Mamoswine's weakness, and vice versa, and Mamoswine checks many of Charizard's fears, such as Heatran and Landorus-T.

Mamoswine
Mamoswine @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Thick Fat
Level: 50
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Superpower
- Icicle Crash
- Rock Slide
Finally, Mamoswine. He is a great partner for Charizard, as said above. He can take out Heatran, which otherwise Charizard can't touch, and can use Earthquake freely. Ice Shard kills Landorus-T and Garchomp, with a few other Dragon-types. Rock Slide is coverage and decent flinch chance.

So this is my team! Anything to say about it is VERY MUCH appreciated, thanks in advance!

I think Mienshao should get rid of HJK, because it takes just one misprediction to land it into a Protect, lose half your HP and break your sash in the process. To be honest, I was more along the lines of replacing it for something else altogether, like Scarfty.
I agree with the replacement, but I'm not all that experienced in that. What do you suggest for Scrafty?
^^
Seconding the Scrafty nomination. It also gives you Intimidate support. Also replace Meteor Mash with Iron Head. Having two STAB moves with imperfect accuracy is a disaster waiting to happen, plus it has a chance to flinch. Clefable could try running Helping Hand over Heal Pulse. As for Mamoswine, Ice Shard is a tad redundant on a Scarfed Pokémon since it can't switch moves to get a fast kill. You already outspeed Garchomp and the Genies with Choice Scarf, and Icicle Crash OHKOs Garchomp and Landorus even at -1 (Thundurus is 2HKOd but can't do jack back at Mamo). Superpower is the best filler for Scarfed Mamoswine, letting it take down weakened Kangaskhan. Ice Shard is really for Sashed Mamoswine.

EDIT: I just noticed your Mamoswine is Adamant. I think switching to Jolly would be good to let you outspeed Scarfed Landorus-T before is Superpowers / Rock Slides you.
I see what you mean. I've made the changes, but what about Scrafty? And how do I get Iron Head on Metagross if it's not the event one?
Original intention behind Scrafty was TR protection, but I guess those points are sweet too xD

I've seen some odd, and I mean really odd, times when Scrafty carries Roar, to get rid of the setter before it brings up the room. This doesn't have to be followed though, Scrafty is easily slow enough to function in TR, and can beat almost all TR setters sans Aromatisse.
M'kay, now for Scrafty I suggest either Assault Vest or Lum Berry. Assault Vest gives you great bulk to survive things like Salamence's Hyper Voice. Lum Berry not only lets you use Protect, but also saves you from Burns. If you choose AV then run Super Fang to get around Burns. Taunt isn't that good because Fake Out does about the same thing, or you can double up on the setter with Super Fang one turn and something like Overheat the next.
O, thanks. I implemented the changes.
