Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SpA
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Synthesis
- Leech Seed
- Hidden Power [Fire]

HP fire to hit scizor/ferro on switch in, defence EVs to tank eq from garchomp to set up leech seed and stall it out with synthesis and giga drain. (Obviously won't be switching into one unless I predict a SR)

Bisharp @ Leftovers
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch

Self explanatory.

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 92 SpA / 44 SpD / 120 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Lava Plume
- Taunt
- Toxic

Speed EVs to out speed lead rotom-w and to get a toxic on it. 90% of rotoms don't hydro pump, they volt switch so heatrans safe, it can tank a hydro pump if needed.
Not sure whether i should use calm over modest tho.
And to set up SR.

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Spikes
- Roost
- Whirlwind

Sets up spike, no defogger because usually the opponent has defog (they do have spinners but not as common) they'll wanna defog as a lot of hazards are up. So predicting defog bisharp can come in. Venusaur can absorb the occasional toxic spikes.

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 100 Def / 156 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aromatherapy
- Thunder Wave
- Seismic Toss
- Soft-Boiled

Cleric of the team.

Keldeo @ Leftovers
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Secret Sword
- Scald
- Calm Mind
- Substitute
Standard keldeo set. Sweeps after threats eliminated like lati.

I don't exactly have a good talon flame or m-sableye counter so it's managed with rocks and prediction.

Any suggestions?

I'm around 1500 so u could consider that mid ladder, thundy isn't rare but it isn't that common as well.
I googled it, defense spelt both ways is correct. The s is NAmE and c is BrE...
Just a reminder, you seem  weak to Charizard X Mega with EQ.  I"m bringing this up for a topic to elaborate on. So it'll put a lot of pressure on Heatran, and its not a very good check, since Zard X is usually brought in late game, where by that time Heatran should already have its balloon popped. Of course if you're skillful enough to preserve Heatran's balloon throughout the entire match for all matches, it would be fine.
Ive rarely seen a char x with eq lol but even if it does i can make sure it doesn't set up, or at least get enough damage off to get it into sucker punch range.. Char x usually runs FB/d-claw, dd, WoW/FB n roost
CharX uses EQ more than any other coverage option. It's almost always EQ or Roost.
As a coverage option yeah, but bulky char x is more common than an offensive char set. And to be bulky it needs reliable recovery...
And eq doesn't even get the boost from tough claws

I ran your team 20 times in rated, and this is what I encountered. You are quite vulnerable to Scizors, Kangaskhans and Blazikens.

Vs my own team, your Pokemon fall to Eelektross as well. You thrive in accuracy, which is great, but a few items moved around did wonders. Blissey was always a weakpoint. A lot of this set seem like Smogon based Pokemon.

I find Smogon to be only good when using their own rules and formats. Unfortunately, this isn't how tournaments are run, so I'm a bit biased.

The chansey could be removed for a mega Kangaskhan. Skarmory could be replaced with a Salamence or Dragonite.

The advantage is that you would never run Kanga or Venasaur on the same team because they are conflicting strats. You could also benefit from a choice scarf ditto instead of Chansey simply because the set up against your team is too real. Ditto counters kangaskhans, Blazikens and other set up Pokemon. He is a fantastic switch in, and follows Skarmory perfectly.

So... my summary: you are weak to set up, your chansey doesn't stick around to do it's job, fighting pokemon run wild on you with no checks. Fire types also wreak havoc on you.

Also, you used leftovers twice, so I put a life orb on bisharp so the team was legal.

Btw the question said OU, which means it a smogon format. Blaziken and MKang are banned, Eelektross barely exists, Blissley is outclassed and you can have multiple of the same item. The thing about ruined by fight and fire types is right thouhg and scizor hurts so I'll upvote, but you might wanna change a few things to suit smogon rules.
This a team based on smogons OU rules... And like fresh said smogon rules are different...
Scizors never been a problem, I've got skarm, heatran and keldeo for scizor.
