You messed up Jolteon's fourth move btw, and the nickname brackets on a few of you're Pokemon :P.
You should probably replace u-turn on Gligar with toxic. I use a similar set on a Gliscor in OU and it's the best toxic stall I've ever used or seen others use. On Jolteon, in case you can't decide what move to use, use signal beam. It's the best option available, and it counters some grass types not weak to ice.
I can see the beginnings of a Voltturn set on this team with the Mienshao, Gligar, and Jolteon core, but I'd say that Jolteon has the least functionality on your team. Its shallow movepool and okay sp.atk really hinder its potential as a special attacker.

As for glaring weaknesses, I'd say that a well-played Mega Aerodactyl, DD Salamence with Iron Tail, or Snorlax (once mienshao faints) can completely obliterate you team. Salamence is a very serious issue with your team since at +1, Salamence outspeeds everything on your team (including mienshao because it's adamant) and is only stopped by gligar, which can be taken care of with ice or special attacks.

EDIT: Jolly Entei is illegal since event Entei can only have adamant.

Mienshao
This one needs a jolly nature. Without it, you will be unable to KO faster threats. Stone edge would be preferred over Poison jab so that Crobat does not wall it, but keep Poison Jab if you have reasons.

Entei
Sorry man, but this has to run Adamant because of extreme speed. I think it is pointless to run 2 fire type moves so replace one of them for iron head/tail.
#3:Blastoise

I'd say run aura sphere over dark pulse to hit heliolisk, but kept it for your reasons if you want.

Run Synthesis > Protect since it will let you heal yourself too.
#5:Gligar
Gligar
Why is this running U-Turn? It does not help it. Like sumwun says, get rid of it and put Toxic there. But that is the only problem.
#6:Jolteon
This does little to help your team. It think you should replace it with a heliolisk as it has more coverage. Here is a moveset that keeps volt switch:

Heliolisk @ Choice Specs
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Surf
- Hyper Voice
If you want full weakness coverage, run HP Psychic in place of hyper voice.

Protect > Synthesis btw. Also HP Psychic is useless on Helioisk. Hyper Voice is for a powerful wallbreaking STAB, not for coverage.
And i also realized why Hyper Voice is used over Moonblast scince Hyper Voice Hits through subsitutes.
