Hi there! Nice team here, but there are some improvements that could be made.

  • Instead of running Nasty Plot on Thundurus, use Focus Blast. Now the reason for this is because Thundurus is quite fragile, and therefore, there won't be enough time for it to set up, so you really want to attack straight away. Focus Blast also hits Tyranitar and Weavile hard. Life Orb increases the damage output, so there is also no need for Nasty Plot.
  • Make Venusaur your Mega instead of Metagross. Mega-Venusaur is a great defensive mon, and can safely set up Leech Seed without having to worry about Fire / Ice-types thanks to Thick Fat. Your team is quite weak to Fire, so having Venusaur could help as it can stall for a while.
  • Magma Storm > Heat Wave. Trapping opponents could be really helpful.
  • Stealth Rock > Protect. Setting up traps is one of Heatran's many strengths, so be sure to use it!
  • Mienshao is outclassed by other Fighting-types in the tier. If you do want a Fighting-type, use Gallade as it is much stronger and has a wider movepool, allowing it to hit a range of Pokemon super-effectively.

Good Luck with the team! n_n
