So, I feel obliged to mention this: I do NOT think this is a good team. At all. Hopefully this isn't spamming, because I uploaded a team like only a week ago I think? Not sure, if it is let me know and I'll be sure to not do that again :P But I really wanted to make a team around bulky Mega Gardevoir and Nidoqueen. So for that reason, those are the only 2 mons I refuse to change, because otherwise the team no longer has the original reason I built it. I'm not BAD at this game, I really just wanted to try a few fun/gimmicky sets, so please don't just assume I'm garbage for running what I'm running. I feel like the team has potential to be... viable? At least? While still maintaining the fun things I wanted to try for fun.

Team in action: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-350889349

Weaknesses: Team is very weak to charizard y (my answer to this is banking off how rare zard Y is ATM), mega venusaur (nothing really threatens it without a burn on it, and even then it's a huge struggle to deal with), Sable+Chansey+Skarm stall (although keldeo has a field day against these teams, I still struggle because stall generally carry hard counters to my keldeo set in the form of slowrbo/starmie or even celebi), and just fast mons in general... as I'm lacking a choice scarfer I often have to rely on weavile and keldeo to cover my speed issue (I originally ran scarf keldeo, but switched to calm mind to have an easier time against stall), starmie defensive or offensive (although both are generally checked with rotom and bisharp), and heatran to an extent.

Anyways, here's the team:

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 248 HP / 64 Def / 196 Spe
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hyper Voice

The set that I wanted to try, as I mentioned, was physically defensive. I'm well aware that offensive would be better, and help the team vs stall, but again this is what I wanted to build around. Will-o-Wisp hits steel types that try to switch in like scizor and jirachi, which once burned are basically useless mons. It's also nice for catching skarmory and ferrothorn on the switch. Speed EVs are for max speed with a positive speed nature base 80's (and everything below of coarse) most notibly hoopa, bisharp, breloom and the dragons infesting the tier (tankchomp, dragonite, altaria). Wish+protect recovery has worked quite well and I'm happy with it. (Sorry if this was too long of an explenation)

Nidoqueen @ Black Sludge
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 248 HP / 212 SpD / 48 Spe
Calm Nature
- Earth Power
- Sludge Wave
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

The next gimmick set on the team is nidoqueen, a UU mon who I happen to really love in OU. Rest talk is dumb... yeah, I know. I just wanted a reliable counter to electrics and clefable, as well as several other prominent things. Also kind of wanted this for breloom, because having to basically sac to sleep fodder kind of sucks. Speed is for max speed adamant azumarill and up to 16 speed mega venusaur and mega altaria. The lack of coverage tends to really hurt me a lot, so honestly I'll probably suck it up soon and run flamethrower/ice beam/tbolt/something to threaten chansey or skarm etc, especially since wish pass is an option on the team. But nidoqueen's dual STAB is amazing in any tier.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Defog
- Roost
- Iron Head

I'm running specially defensive skarm. Not sure if that's the best idea, maybe physically defensive would be better, but having the extra spdef to reliably take on laties, diancies, alakazams, amoung other things seemed beneficial. Hazards, and hazard control, very nice. Iron head is skarm's best STAB at the moment for what it's supposed to be countering.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Physically defensive rotom as a fire+water+ice resist with a nice backup ground immunity. I feel like the team may benefit more with an offensive scarfer here, or maybe a fast stallbreaker or something... just not sure. I mean, rotom is my bird check which is pretty darn important, and I can't really see the team working well without having a talonflame switch-in. The set is pretty standard, although I probably should be creeping for jolly azumarill too.

Weavile @ Life Orb
Ability: Pickpocket
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Pursuit
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard

Life orb weavile is pretty amazing. Is serves as a great way to eliminate gengar, starmie, and the latis once and for all. Ice shard priority is amazing on my generally slow overall team. I've been considering running choice band over life orb, just because it relieves mindgames for clicking pursuit against starmie and the latis, adds extra dammage onto my priority (important for the same aformentioned reasons), deals with sableye, heatran and rotom stall mons much better than life orb, and lets me check dragonite MUCH more reliably as I don't have to be afraid of life orb putting me in range of extreme speed. Also, jolly weavile outprioriteses most common talonflame sets, so band would give me better dammage onto that.

Keldeo @ Leftovers
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Secret Sword
- Scald
- Substitute
- Calm Mind

Last mon is keldeo. As I said, I previously ran choice scarf for better speed control, but switched to sub CM to take on stall better. Maybe banded weavile would mean scarf keldeo is more viable, not sure.

But overall, that's the team. Hopefully, I can get a few suggestions for the team. Again, I can't stress this enough, this is a fun team and isn't meant to be super-competitive. So don't laugh at me XD

yeah
stealth rock and defog on the same mon
That is correct. That would be a nice definition of hazard control. Hazards+hazard removal on the same mon in not a bad thing. I'm well aware there are many flaws with the team lol, but the skarmory set is not one of them.
