Comments

Lucario: Unless you can double your speed in one turn, speed is more critical than attack.  Replace adamant with jolly.
Blissey: A Chansey with an eviolite has much better defenses and almost as much HP. Replace Blissey with Chansey.
Arceus: 2-turn moves give opponents a free turn to set up. Replace shadow force with shadow claw.
Groudon: Dragon claw is only good against one type. Replace it with stone edge.
Blastoise: Its stats aren't very high and isn't viable in Ubers. Try using a blue orb Kyogre with surf, thunder, ice beam, and hidden power ground.

Suggestions:
Lucario: Go for Close Combat over Drain Punch, it's almost twice as strong.
Aegislash: Moveset needs to be changed. Try Iron Head over Sacred Sword, as Shadow Sneak isn't the most reliable STAB move. Use 252HP/248ATK/8DEF EV spread with Brave Nature.
Blissey: Replace the SpDef EVs for Defense. Run a Bold or Impish Nature. Replace with Eviolite Chansey if you wish, run the same way.
Arceus (Ghost): Ghost isn't the most viable typing, but if you want a Physical set, use Shadow Claw over Shadow Force.
Primal Groudon: Replace Dragon Claw with Stone Edge. Hammer Arm can be substituted for Stealth Rock. Keep Earthquake for accuracy, but give it Precipice Blades for more power.
Blastoise: Not the best choice on your team. Consider replacing for Primal Kyogre (Origin Pulse, Calm Mind, Thunder, Ice Beam) or Speed Boost Sharpedo (Protect, Waterfall, Crunch, Ice Fang)
