Hello! This is my Battle spot doubles team for pokemon ORAS. The team is a basic Charizard and Garchomp combo. I do have Dunsparce on this team, and I'm aware :) You can offer another pokemon over him, but if you can try to keep him in the equation.
Because this is Battle Spot I can only have 4 pokemon, but you should already know that :D
Okay! :D Be sure to take a look and give suggestions :)

Mega Charizard Y

Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Solar Power
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heat Wave
- Solar Beam
- Protect
- Fire Blast

Charizard is basically just a sweeper. I usually send him out paired with Garchomp. He can really pack a punch on fire types thanks to solar beam, and the Heat wave is great for doubles!

Togekiss

Togekiss @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Air Slash
- Roost
- Tailwind
- Follow Me

Togekiss is usually sent out with Dunsparce because he needs the speed. Togekiss also gets help from the Glare from Dunsparce too. Follow me also works as a great way to protect one of the sweepers or Dunsparce while he uses roost. If I send out Togekiss, I usually drop Sableye and Breloom.

Garchomp

Garchomp @ Lum Berry
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Swords Dance
- Protect

Garchomp is also a sweeper. I'd prefer to send him out first because he needs to set up with swords dance. It works great while the foes are still asleep/ paralyzed from the support mon. Earthquake doesn't harm Charizard Y making it perfect. He also has the stone edge for Talonflame/ other Charizards. The protect is if I think the foe will use Ice Beam or blizzard.

Breloom

Breloom @ Focus Sash
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Mach Punch
- Bullet Seed
- Spore
- Protect

Breloom is sent out with Sableye at the she start of battle. The Spore puts foes to sleep. Protect is in case of a heat wave or ice beam. Bullet Seed and Mach Punch are to take out foes early in battle after Spore is set up. Focus Sash, obviously prevents 1 hit kills.

Sableye

Sableye @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Taunt
- Fake Out
- Recover
- Knock Off

Sableye makes a great partner for Breloom. The Fake Out helps stop mons trying to kill breloom on first turn, and possibly help sweepers later in battle. Taunt helps against support mon. Recover is to keep Sableye going. Knock gets rid of Life orbs or Leftovers. He has a pretty basic set up. If I send him out with Breloom, I usually don't bring Dunsparce or Togekiss.

Dunsparce :D

Dunsparce @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 124 Def / 128 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Coil
- Headbutt
- Glare
- Roost

Dunsparce is sent out with Togekiss at the start of battle. His Coil powers up Headbutt which already has STAB. Glare paralyzes mons who may be strong attackers or help other mon. Roost is to keep him alive. Headbutt flinches too, and with Serene Grace, the chances are pretty good!
Note:
Here's another set up I want to try, Tell me which one you like better ;)

Dunsparce silver

Dunsparce @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 124 Def / 128 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Coil
- Blizzard
- Rock Slide
- Roost

Thanks for all the help guys :D !

Charizard: Having fire blast and heat wave is kind of pointless. Replace fire blast with air slash or focus blast.

I'd use a choice scarf dragon rush, brick break, rock slide, earthquake jolly garchomp set. Pretty much has speed advantage on everything. Togekiss and Charizard are fine, but replace bullet seed with seed bomb because you already have Mach punch for priority and seed bomb is more powerful. Also, don't use protect on Breloom, use rock tomb to counter charizard as focus sash will allow you to take the hit

Sableye set: foul play, swagger, taunt, will o wisp with sitrus berry. Use first dunsparce set for speed control with glare.

Hope you found this helpful!

Not to be rude, but  that Garchomp set isn't the best for competitive doubles. Dragon Rush has unreliable accuracy, and Brick Break has low power without providing much help at all. Choice Scarf is decent, but not the best. Rock Slide and Earthquake are solid though.

As for Breloom, Bullet Seed is actually the better move. Its Base Power is 75 for the minimum of two hits, which is only slightly weaker then Seed Bomb. The move has a very good chance to hit three times (roughly 112 base power), and can even hit four or five (150 or 187 base power respectively). It also has an individual critical hit chance for each hit, meaning it will often do even more damage. These factors make it a very solid option, able to almost always outdamage Seed Bomb.
