This team helped me get up to 1400 on the pokemon showdown OU ladder, so I guess its fine, but its not perfect, so any advice would be appreciated!

Altaria @ Altarianite
Ability: Cloud Nine
Happiness: 0
EVs: 248 HP / 136 Def / 96 SpD / 28 Spe
Impish Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Roost
- Frustration
- Refresh

DDD mega-altaria is a beast. It really is. It sets up slowly, but it gets the job done.

Amoonguss @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 168 Def / 92 SpD
Bold Nature
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Clear Smog
- Hidden Power [Fire]

This mon was added to take stress off Raikou. It also is my primary switch in to fairies. I have to say it does lack power though, which is a bit disappointing, but it does counter water types pretty well.

Metagross @ Assault Vest
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Atk / 96 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Zen Headbutt
- Pursuit
- Earthquake

AV metagross is purely to compliment Altaria. And yes, I did copy this core like a #### on smogon XD. Bullet Punch is my only priority, which kinda helps the team out. Zen headbutt takes out M-Venusaur and Amoonguss, something that annoys my team a lot. Pursuit is for trapping the lati twins, which takes stress off Mega-Altaria to have to switch into Lati's choice specs Psyshock, which hurts A LOT, but not so much to Metagross. Earthquake is to lure in and suprise steel types such as Heatran, Jirachi, Excadrill, all which would otherwise be huge counters to M-Altaria.

Keldeo @ Expert Belt
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 1 Atk / 30 SpA
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Icy Wind

Keldeo is Keldeo, my sole counter to Bisharp and Weavile . Expert Belt bluffs a choice set. Scald and Secret Sword are for Obvious reasons. HP electric hits water types and even flying types when my opponent is fooled to think I am choice locked. Icy wind provides tons of utility, slowing down opponents and allowing other teammates to take them on more easily.

Raikou @ Assault Vest
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Extrasensory

Raikou is a quick check to water types, which is very important in case amoonguss got caught with an ice beam. Assault Vest allows raikou to switch into water types better. Extrasensory is for Gengar, which otherwise would be quite annoying.

Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 8 SpD / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

Landorus-T is the stealth rocker of the team, and it also comfortably switches into excadrill, heatran(sometimes), jirachi, m-lopunny (w/out ice punch) etc. It's intimidate softens physical punches and really helps the team out. This is a standard set so there's not much to talk about.

Threatlist:
Spikes:
I have no hazard removal, and most of my team are affected badly by spikes. What would normally be a counter could turn into a easy kill with spikes up.

Victini:
This thing is monstrous. Nothing can switch into its Fire-Ice-Electric Combo on my team and every time it switches in, only keldeo and raikou can outspeed it, and only keldeo has a type advantage.

Mega-Venusaur/ Amoonguss:
I do have two checks, but they are very annoying to deal with.

will add more in the future.
