This team is really unreliable but also fun when it works.

Regigigas @ Assault Vest
Ability: Slow Start
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Superpower (you'll see)
- Crush Grip (damage)
- Fire Punch (coverage)
- Stone Edge (crit/coverage)

Spinda @ Chople Berry
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Skill Swap (you'll see)
- Fake Out (just in case)
- Hyper Voice (small damage/stalling)
- Toxic (always useful)

Hydreigon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dark Pulse (coverage/flinch)
- Fire Blast (coverage, risky but sometimes helpful)
- Tri Attack (status)
- Draco Meteor (also risky)

Ditto @ Focus Sash
Ability: Limber
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Transform (you'll see)

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Healer
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aromatherapy (helpful af)
- Toxic (more stalling)
- Soft-Boiled (why not)
- Seismic Toss (damage without relying on stats)

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice (with pixilate this is great)
- Calm Mind (huge gains)
- Substitute (for toxic stalling)
- Heal Pulse (for those who don't have an hp move)

So basically the game plan is to lead with Regigigas and Spinda. Turn one, I normally use Crush Grip with Regigigas and Skill Swap with Spinda, giving Regigigas Contrary. This is the first step, and then the next turn I use Superpower to get Attack boosts and then just Toxic. I continue to do that until Spinda dies, then I switch in Ditto. Transform gives you two Regigigases, and even if Ditto gets hit, it still has a Focus Sash.

What format?
I assume it's doubles.
But what kind of doubles? Wifi? VGC? OU? Battle Spot? Something else?
