Use waterium z instead of splash plate, z crystals also change arceus typing
Your team is quite good but i say Xerneas with 2 damaging moves which is thunder and moonblast
I mean Moon Blast is OP But I would get rid of thunder for other moves like psychic for poison coverage or Focus Blast for steel coverage or Flash Cannon if your facing another Xerneas and you dont want to waste that geomancy
Overall Your team is good
Psyshock is better than Psychic for Chansey, and Flash Cannon does very little thing.

Good Team :)

Here are some suggestions:

Groudon Primal

Good set overall, but maybe you should switch Rock tomb for Stone edge. Rock tomb lacks in power and stone edge only misses 20% of the time. Here is my set with full fixes:

Groudon-Primal @ Red orb
Ability: Desolate land
Shiny:Yes
EVs: 152 HP / 236 Atk / 44 SpD / 76 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Precipice Blades
- Fire Punch
-Stone edge

Deoxys-A

Perfect. But choose ice beam over low kick so you can fully invest in SpA :)

Xerneas

Great set! But switch Substitute to Focus blast so Primal Groudon doesn't completely stop you, most people are gonna attack a pokemon sweeping them, so sub isn't the best. Klefki kinda stops you now though. But in return you get coverage for Ferrothorn, Groudon, Dialga, Genesect, Mega Mawile, Bisharp, and more.

Yveltal

Is Sucker punch AND Dark pulse necessary? Switch Dark pulse out for taunt. Taunt DESTROYS Shuckle, Ferrothorn, Forretresse, Chansey, And others. It also links with Sucker punch quite nicely :)

Arceus-Water

Arceus-Water is good, but taking its job a little more difficult, with sets such as Swords Dance Primal Groudon and Double-Edge Mega Salamence rising as common sets due to their increased effectiveness against Arceus-Water. Arceus-Water also has some issues with its moveslots, leaving it unable to perform all its possible roles with just four moves, leading to some team-based moveset choices. Arceus-Water is also vulnerable to entry hazards, status moves, and being trapped by Shadow Tag users, all things that the Ubers metagame has plenty of, which can keep Arceus-Water's effectiveness down. (Sorry I copy-pasted from smogon lol) So yeah. Switch that to Arceus-Normal. Arceus-Normal's lack of weaknesses with an item slot available allow it to be a perfect backup to Deoxys-A and allow it to be a perfect late-game sweeper, this is the set I suggest-

Arceus @ Life orb
Ability:Multitype
EV'S:252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4Hp.
Adamant Nature
-Swords Dance
-Extreme speed
-Dragon claw/Outrage
-Aqua Tail

Outrage can be used over Dragon claw for higher power, but gets forced out by fairy types like Xerneas.
Aqua tail is there to make up for water coverage loss.Recover can be used in this set. But this is supposed to be a sweeper... Extreme speed is a strong prioety move (Sry spelt wrong) That can OHKO Deoxys-A if it's running life orb or nasty plot sweeper.

Solgaleo

Perfect

(Lol these suggestions are trash)

Thanks for helpful feedback, first of all.
The reason why I have Rock Tomb over Stone Edge is because of better accuracy, and dropping speed makes up the low power by being able to hit first next turn. It also keeps Salamence from gaining Speed from stacking up Dragon Dance.

I agree with some weakness from Yvetal by having Dark Pulse, so it has been a while since I have replaced it with Knock Off.

Just like you said, I could no longer wall setup sweepers with Arceus-Water. So I replaced it with Ferrothorn with full SpDef investment (never OHKOed by from anything except HP Fire after Geomancy boost)

I am now under serious consideration about whether to use Sash - DDance Rayquaza or Exreme-Arceus as late game sweeper. Would you mind recommending me one?
This anwser is better then mine :) I would recommend Sash on DDance Rayquaza since there are many opponents who try to use Ice Punch or Ice Fang on it which can OHKO Rayquaza.
who uses ice fang lol

DDance Rayquaza is a great idea, dragon ascent is crucial and Outrage is good if there are no fairy types on the opposing team. If you want to risk it a bit you could go for swords dance, but only if you are not expecting ice moves or if you outspeed. I would choose rayquaza. But i'm #@$% at team building so you could choose whatever you like :)

Overall your team is not bad. And I suggest having Groudon as a lead. I feel that roar is necessary on Groudon to Roar away some of the Swords Dance Sweepers and Baton Passes. I would recommend replacing Fire Punch for it. Also, replace Precipice Blades on Groudon for Earthquake as it is not that reliable having an accuracy of 85. I also agree having Stealth Rock on Groudon. :)

Now I suggest you have a Rapid Spinner. And here's a Suggestion :

Forretress @ Leftovers
Type : Bug / Steel
Ability : Overcoat
Nature : Careful ( SpD+ Spa- )
EVs : 252 Hp / 4 Def / 252 SpD

  • Payback
  • Rapid Spin
  • Toxic Spikes
  • Spikes

He will set hazards at the opponent's team which is why the spikes are there. Rapid Spin spins of annoying hazards set by opponents like Skarmony. Payback is there to deal with Spinblockers like Giratina or Froslass who try to block your Rapid Spin. Besides being a hazard setter and Rapid Spinner, he can also be useful for resisting Outrages by Rayquaza. I would recommend him as a must for your team. I would suggest you replace Deoxys with it.

I would suggest having checks against Ubers like Kyogre or Palkia since their Surfs/Hydro Pumps/Water Spout with Choice Specs or Lustrous Orb are Dangerous to your team and the only thing that resist those is Arceus.
A counter to them would be :

Latias @ Soul Dew
Type : Dragon / Psychic
Ability : Levitate
Nature : Timid ( Spe+ Atk- )
EVs : 160 Hp / 96 Spa / 252 Spe

  • Calm Mind
  • Recover
  • Thunder
  • Dragon Pulse

Latias is the best check for Kyogre. She has great Sp. Def, Dragon Typing, Soul Dew, Calm Mind to take every of the Surfs and Hydro Pumps Launched by Kyogre. Thunder will take Advantage of Kyogre's Drizzle and surprises the opponent. Besides being a check for Kyogre, Latias is also great for Sweeping and can take on some tanks like Lugia and Zap them with Thunder! Soul Dew provides Massive Damage, making Latias a beast. Recover heals Latias, allowing her to last Long and sweep longer. You can replace Arceus since Latias can learn Defog and Forretress has high Defence.

Conclusion :
Overall this team is not bad. And resists Dragon, Ice, Electric, Dark, Ghost, Bug, Fighting, Ground, Water, Fire, Steel and rock types. The others except for the ones I suggested is not bad too, also having checks against some of the sweepers and tanks. To be honest, I like your team before my suggestions.

These are some of my suggestions and
Good Luck

by
Latios/Latias are not very good in Gen VII because Soul Dew was nerfed to only provide a 20% buff to their STAB moves.
Then what should I put on Latias if I don't keep Soul Dew?
I appreciate your feedback about Latias. I used to have them initially until Yvetal kept threatening them over and over.

I came up with a check for Kyogre:

Palkia @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Spacial Rend
- Thunder
- Fire Blast

I know having Specs mean I should have a serious mind game about switches, but I think it is worth to have it -

252 SpA Choice Specs Palkia Thunder vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Kyogre: 298-352 (73.7 - 87.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Choice Specs Palkia Spacial Rend vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Groudon-Primal: 211-249 (52.2 - 61.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Choice Specs Palkia Spacial Rend vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Latias: 434-512 (119.2 - 140.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Choice Specs is still good, and work great with Palkia's high Special Attack. The Thunder should be for Kyogre. Nice set, but the moves have Low accuracy.
I’d get weakness policy for Latias because of sheer bulk then stored power
I like the Kyogre check
