I've been using a sandstorm ou team, and I've been noticing that I don't have any good counter for greninja, so I've been trying to come up with one. Because of weaknesses from the rest of my team, I've decided that I wanted a water/ground type. I've come up with/built a few ideas and I can't decide which one to use (on that note, no, I have not tested any of these). They all have protect, as well as minimum speed because their speed is already so bad, they might be able to counter trick room. Here are the ideas I've come up with:

v These first two are the ones I'm most leaning toward v

Seismitoad @ Leftovers
Ability: Poison Touch
EVs: 200 HP / 56 Atk / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Drain Punch
- Poison Jab
- Aqua Ring
- Protect

Palpitoad @ Eviolite
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 200 HP / 56 SpA / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Scald / Infestation / Earth Power
- Scald / Infestation / Earth Power
- Aqua Ring
- Protect

For palpitoad, my first pick for the attacks are scald and infestation, but if you think it would be better to run earth power instead, please let me know.

v But here are some other sets I've come up with as well v

Gastrodon-East @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 200 HP / 52 Def / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Recover
- Stockpile
- Protect
- Infestation

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Recover
- Curse
- Aqua Tail
- Protect

I have also considered Tapu Fini, despite it not being water/ground. Here's what I have in mind:

Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 200 HP / 52 Def / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Moonblast

- Taunt / Nature's Madness
(Please suggest what I should do with this fourth move)

Usually, the best water ground types are Quagsire and Gastrodon because they can learn recover. If you teach toxic to one of them, you might be able to check Greninja.
Just had a thought: what about Tapu Fini? It also gets defog, which I've been wanting on my team.
