x2 Quilava (UF)-Smokescreen is a solid attack. Needed for evolution.
x1 Typhlosion (UF)-Burning Aura does damage to the foe while making Rage more powerful. And Rage can end up doing a lot, up to 150 damage for only three energy. Even if Typhlosion has no damage it still does 50 damage. Flickering Flames is also good if I'm low on energy, a one for 20 that puts the foe to sleep.

x2 Combusken (Emerald)-Needed for evolution.
x1 Blaziken (Emerald)-Searing Flame is a decent one for 10 that burns. Damage Burn can do 70 damage for three energy. With Blaze Searing Flame can do 50 damage and Damage Burn 110 damage.
x2 Growlithe (LM)-Body Slam is a decent one for 10 that can paralyze. Needed for evolution.
x1 Arcanine ex (LM)-Overrun is a good two for 30 that does 20 damage to a benched Pokemon. Flame Swirl is incredibly powerful, a three for 100. Arcanine is bulky with 120 HP and Fire Remedy healing one damage and removing Special Conditions.
x2 Houndour (UF)-Needed for evolution.
x1 Houndoom (UF)-Lonesome is a nice way to prevent healing and such through Trainers. Tight Jaw is a decent two for 20 that can paralyze. Flamethrower is a good three for 70 attack.
x3 Miltank (UF)-A 60 HP basic. Healing Milk and Body Slam make it a very bulky Pokemon, healing and paralyzing. Thick Fat is the reason for this card being here as it reduces damage from Water types, the main weakness of this deck. It also reduces damage from Fire types which is nice against other Fire type decks.
x4 Mr. Stone's Project (Emerald)-Get me Energy either from the deck or discard pile.
x4 PokeNav (Emerald)-Gets me a card and lets me control my drawing.
x4 Sitrus Berry (UF)-Healing.
x4 Warp Point (UF)-A Switch and a Gust of Wind rolled into one.
x3 Holon Farmer (DS)-Gets me Energy and Pokemon back into my deck, helping with decking and with energy discarded by Houndoom and Arcanine.
x16 Fire Energy-Needed.
x4 React Energy (Legend Maker)-To allow for Arcanine to use Flame Swirl every turn.
