Only cards from EX Emerald, EX Unseen Forces, EX Delta Species, and EX Legend Maker are allowed. However, Energy cards from previous sets are also allowed.

Pokemon: 21

x2 Wurmple (LM)-Needed for evolution.
x2 Cascoon (LM)-Can easily evolve into Dustox. Needed for evolution.
x1 Dustox ex (LM)-Well, it has 140 HP. Guess that's about... oh wait, it has an awesome ability and two aesome attacks! Safeguard makes Dustox the perfect counter to other ex cards. And seeing as ordinary Pokemon not much of a match for an ex card, Dustox can usually take down a fair amount of the foe's Pokemon before finally being taken down. Silver Wind is amazing. First of all it's a two for 40. That alone is good. But add in the fact that next turn attacks do 30 more damage to the Defending Pokemon and you have an amazing attack. Cutting Wind is also good, a three for 70 attack.
x4 Spinarak (UF)-Needed for evolution.
x3 Ariados (UF)-An amazing card. Spider Trap is a solid attack. Not only does it have a Gust of Wind effect, it also Poisons and puts to sleep the new Pokemon. Or it can even just Poison and put to sleep the Defending Pokemon out now if that is what works best. This then allows Reactive Poison to become a one for 70 attack! 70 damage for one energy is amazing! Even if they manage to wake up, it will be a one for 40, also amazing. Add in the damage taken from the poison, and no foe will be able to survive longer than two turns.
x3 Koffing (DS)-Needed for evolution.
x2 Weezing (DS)-A solid Stage 1. With Mist Attack and Body Odor, the damage piles up quickly for all of my opponent's Pokemon. They become easy pickings when Spider Trap brings them out. Or if they come out when Weezing is in play, it can just KO them with a three for 50 attack.
x4 Tangela (LM)-An amazing basic. This deck does not have a good basic bulk to it, relying mainy on incredibly powerful evolutions. Tangela gives me the power I need at the start of the game. First off it has 60 HP, which is always good in a basic, especially when attaching a React Energy will completely heal it. Entangling Vines is amazing at the start of the game, when only basics are in play. A one for 10 that stops the Defending Pokemon from attacking if it is a Basic.

Trainers: 16

x4 PokeNav (Emerald)-Gets me a card and lets me control my drawing.
x4 Professor Elm's Training Method (UF)-Due to a weak Basic force (besides Tangela), I need this card to quickly get my evolutions into play.
x4 Sitrus Berry (UF)-Healing.
x3 Fieldworker (LM)-Drawing.
x1 Professor Birch (Emerald)-Drawing.

Energy: 23

x19 Grass Energy-Needed.
x4 React Energy (Legend Maker)-To heal Tangela.
