Only cards from EX Emerald, EX Unseen Forces, EX Delta Species, and EX Legend Maker are allowed. However, Energy cards from previous sets are also allowed.

Pokemon: 25

x3 Dratini (Thunder Wave) (DS)-Thunder Wave is a decent one for 10 that can parayze. Having Grass resistance is nice and Fighting resistance in addition to this is amazing, especially for an Electric deck. Needed for evolution.
x2 Dragonair (Twister) (DS)-The ability to discard one or two energy is too good to pass up, even if it means sometimes doing nothing. Having Grass resistance is nice and Fighting resistance in addition to this is amazing, especially for an Electric deck. Needed for evolution.
x1 Dragonite (DS)-I can keep Dragonite on my bench and use Delta Charge to get back energy discarded by Jolteon or Electabuzz. Agility is decent, a two for 30 that can allow me to not take anything from my opponent next turn. Usually Dragonite will be on my bench, brought out against Grass and Fighting decks and hit them hard for 70 damage.
x4 Holon's Voltorb (DS)-Thundershock is a decent one for 10 that can paralyze. Can be used as an energy and usually will be used in this way. Needed for evolution if I so choose to use Electrode in that fashion.
x3 Holon's Electrode (DS)-Usually will be used as Energy, of which it provides two Rainbow Energy. This is just awesome. It also has a two for 30 that confuses, but since I will be using Electrode as Energy to make up for my low energy count, I almost always will never be using this attack.
x4 Magnemite (DS)-Card drawing is nice at the start of the game. Resistance to Steel is also nice. Needed for evolution.
x3 Magneton (LM)-A decent Stage 1. Multiple Force can end up being a great two for 70 attack. Resistance to Steel is also nice.
x2 Eevee (Call for Family) (DS)-Nice to get basics on my bench. Needed for evolution.
x1 Jolteon ex (DS)-Evolutionary Thunder isn't the greatest Poke-Power, but it isn't bad either. Doign 10 damage to each of my opponent's Pokemon is never bad. Second Bite is great, a two for 20 that does 10 more damage for each damage counter on the Defending Pokemon. This means that Jolteon KOs any foe that is 10 HP away from being at half-health (so if it had 120 HP, if it had taken 50 damage already it would be beaten by Second Bite.) Thunder Blast is also nice, a three for 70 attack to get the damage for Second Bite. Add on Steel Resistance and no retreat cost and this is an amzing Pokemon.
x2 Electabuzz (UF)-A 70 HP basic. That and Double SHock are the reason for its use. Double Shock might not get the most damage for the energy, but the chance of it paralyzing is high, so it makes it worth it.

Trainers: 17

x4 PokeNav (Emerald)-Gets me a card and allows me to control what I draw.
x4 Professor Elm's Training Method (UF)-Gets me evolutions. This can also be used to get me Energy, seeing as Electrode is an evolution card.
x4 Sitrus Berry (UF)-Healing.
x2 Warp Point (UF)-A Switch and a Gust of Wind rolled into one.
x2 Fieldworker (LM)-Drawing.
x1 Professor Birch (Emerald)-Drawing.

Energy: 18

x12 Electric Energy-Needed.
x4 Metal Energy (Neo Genesis)-Needed for Dragonite's second atatck. It also can make mhy Pokemon bulkier.
x2 React Energy (Legend Maker)-For use with Magneton.
